। কাতান ইবনু কাবীসাহ (রহঃ) থেকে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ পাখীর সাহায্যে ভাল-মন্দ নির্ণয় করা, কোনো কিছুকে অশুভ লক্ষণ ভাবা এবং মাটিতে রেখা টেনে শুভ-অশুভ নির্ণয় কুফরী। ‘আত-তারক; হচ্ছে কংকর নিক্ষেপ করে অশুভ লক্ষণ নির্ণয় করা। ‘আল-ইয়াফা’ হচ্ছে মাটিতে দাগ টেনে শুভ-অশুভ নির্ণয় করা।[1] দুর্বল।
Narrated Qabisah:
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: Augury from the flight of birds, taking evil omens and the practice of pressomancy pertain to divination. Tarq: It is used in the sense of divination in which women threw stones. 'Iyafah: It means geomancy by drawing lines
। যায়িদ ইবনু খালিদ আল-জুহানী (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, হুদায়বিয়ার সময় এক রাতে সামান্য বৃষ্টি হওয়ার পর রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদেরকে নিয়ে ফজরের সালাত আদায় করলেন। সালাত শেষ করে তিনি লোকদের দিকে ফিরে বললেনঃ তোমরা কি জানো, তোমাদের রব কি বলেছেন? তারা বললেন, আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসূলই ভাল জানেন। অতঃপর তিনি বলেনঃ আল্লাহ বলেছেন, আমার বান্দাদের কেউ আমার প্রতি বিশ্বাসী এবং কেউ অবিশ্বাসী হয়েছে। যে বলেছে, আল্লাহর দয়া ও রহমতে আমাদের উপর বৃষ্টি বর্ষিত হয়েছে, সে আমার প্রতি বিশ্বাসী এবং নক্ষত্রের প্রতি অবিশ্বাসী। আর যে বলেছে, অমুক অমুক নক্ষত্রের প্রভাবে আমাদের উপর বৃষ্টি হয়েছে, সে আমার প্রতি অবিশ্বাসী এবং নক্ষত্রের প্রতি বিশ্বাসী।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) led us in the morning prayer at al-Hudaibiyyah after rain which has fallen during the night, and when he finished, he turned to the people and said: Do you know what your Lord has said ? They said: Allah and His Apostle know best. He said: This morning there were among mt servants one who believes in me and one who disbelieves. The one who said: "We have been given rain by Allah's grace and mercy" is the one who believes in me and disbelieves in the star ; but the one who said: "We have been given rain by such and such a rain star," is the one who disbelieves in me and believes in the star
। আওফ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, ‘আল-ইয়াফাহ’ হচ্ছে শুভ-অশুভ লক্ষণ নির্ণয়ের জন্য পাখী উড়ানো, এবং ‘আত-তারক’ হচ্ছে মাটিতে দাগ টেনে শুভ-অশুভ নির্ণয় করা।[1] সহীহ মাকতু।
Narrated Muhammed b. Ja'far:
On the authority of 'Awf: 'Iyafah means to makes the birds fly by threatening them. Tarq means lines drawn on the earth
। ইবনু আব্বাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি জ্যোতিষীর জ্ঞান শিক্ষা করলো সে যাদু বিদ্যার একটা শাখা শিক্ষা করলো। তা যতো বৃদ্ধি পাবে যাদুবিদ্যাও ততো বাড়বে।[1] হাসান।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone acquires any knowledge of astrology, he acquires a branch of magic of which he gets more as long as he continues to do so
