। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ তোমরা মৃতের দাফন-কাফনের কাজ জলদি করবে। কেননা সে যদি নেককার হয় তবে তো ভালো। তাকে তোমরা তার কল্যাণকর পরিণতির দিকে দ্রুত পৌঁছে দিবে। আর যদি সে খারাপ লোক হয় তবে তো অমঙ্গল। তোমরা তোমাদের ঘাড় থেকে অমঙ্গলকে দ্রুত নামিয়ে দিলে।
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) as saying: Walk quickly with a funeral, for if the dead person was good it is a good condition to which you are sending him on, but it he was otherwise it is an evil of which you are riding yourselves
। যিয়াদ ইবনু জুবায়র (রহঃ) তার পিতা থেকে মুগীরাহ ইবনু শু‘বাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে এ হাদীস বর্ণনা করেছেন। বর্ণনাকারী ইউনুস (রহঃ) বলেন, আমার ধারণা, যিয়াদ পরিবারের সদস্যরা আমাকে জানিয়েছেন, যিয়াদ হাদীসটি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে বর্ণনা করেছেন। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ বাহনে আরোহী ব্যক্তি লাশের পিছনে পিছনে চলবে এবং পায়ে হাটা ব্যক্তি লাশের পিছনে, সামনে, ডানে বামে এবং সাথে সাথেও যেতে পারবে। অপূর্ণাঙ্গভাবে প্রসবিত বাচ্চার জানাযা পড়তে হবে এবং তার পিতা-মাতার জন্য ক্ষমা ও রহমতের দু‘আ করতে হবে।
Narrated Al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah:
(I think that the people of Ziyad informed me that he reported on the authority of the Prophet (ﷺ): A rider should go behind the bier, and those on foot should walk behind it, in front of it, on its right and on its left keeping near it. Prayer should be offered over an abortion and forgiveness and mercy supplicated for its parents
। উয়াইনাহ ইবনু ‘আব্দুর রাহমান (রহঃ) থেকে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি (পিতা) উসমান ইবনু আবুল আস (রাঃ)-এর লাশের সঙ্গে ছিলেন। তিনি বলেন, ‘আমরা ধীরে ধীরে হাঁটছিলাম। এমন সময় আবূ বাকরাহ (রাঃ) আমাদের সাথে মিলিত হলেন। তিনি তার চাবুক উঠিয়ে বললেন, তোমরা তো দেখেছো যে, ‘আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সাথে (লাশ নিয়ে) দ্রুত চলেছি।
Uyaynah ibn AbdurRahman reported on the authority of his father that he attended the funeral of Uthman ibn Abul'As. He said:We were walking slowly. AbuBakrah then joined us and he raised his flog at us and said: You have seen us when we were with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). We were walking quickly
