حَدَّثَنَا شَاذُّ بْنُ فَيَّاضٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَنْتَظِرُونَ الْعِشَاءَ الآخِرَةَ حَتَّى تَخْفِقَ رُءُوسُهُمْ ثُمَّ يُصَلُّونَ وَلاَ يَتَوَضَّئُونَ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ زَادَ فِيهِ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ كُنَّا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَرَوَاهُ ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ بِلَفْظٍ آخَرَ .
। আনাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সাহাবীগণ ‘ইশার সালাতের জন্য এতক্ষন অপেক্ষা করতেন যে (তন্দ্রায়) তাদের মাথা ঢলে পড়ত। অতঃপর তাঁরা সালাত আদায় করতেন অথচ (এজন্য পুনরায়) অযু করতেন না।[1] সহীহ : মুসলিম। قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ زَادَ فِيهِ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ كُنَّا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صلي الله عليه وسلم .وَرَوَاهُ ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ بِلَفْظٍ آخَرَ . صحيح . ইমাম আবূ দাউদ (রহঃ) বলেন, শু‘বাহ তাতে কাতাদা সূত্রে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর যুগে-কথাটি বৃদ্ধি করেছেন। ইমাম আবূ দাউদ (রহঃ) আরো বলেন, ইবনু আবূ ‘আরুবাহ ক্বাতাদাহ হতে এটি অন্য শব্দে বর্ণনা করেছেন। সহীহ।
Narrated Anas:
The Companions during the lifetime of the messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) used to wait for the night prayer so much so that their heads were lowered down (by dozing). Then they offered prayer and did not perform ablution. Abu Dawud said: Shu’bah on the authority of Qatadah added: We lowered down our heads (on accounts of dozing) in the day of the Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him). Abu Dawud said; This tradition has been transmitted through a different chain of narrators
। ‘আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু ‘উমার রাযিয়াল্লাহু ‘আনহুমা সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম একদিন ‘ইশার সালাতে আসতে বিলম্ব করেন। এমনকি আমরা মসজিদে ঘুমিয়ে পড়লাম, তারপর জাগলাম। আবার ঘুমিয়ে পড়লাম, তারপর জাগলাম। অতঃপর আবার আমরা ঘুমিয়ে পড়লাম। তারপর তিনি আমাদের নিকট এলেন এবং বললেনঃ তোমরা ব্যতীত অন্য কেউই সালাতের জন্য অপেক্ষা করেনি।[1] সহীহ : বুখারী ও মুসলিম।
‘Abd Allah b. ‘Umar said:One night the Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) was busy and he delayed the night (isha) prayer so much so that we dosed in the mosque. We awoke, then dozed, and again awoke and again dozed. He (the prophet) then came upon us and said: There is none except you who is waiting for prayer
। আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেনঃ একদা ‘ইশার সালাতের তাকবীর দেয়া হলো। এমন সময় এক ব্যক্তি দাঁড়িয়ে বলল, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! আমার কিছু প্রয়োজনীয় কথা আছে। এই বলে সে দাঁড়িয়ে তাঁর সঙ্গে কথা বলতে লাগল। এদিকে সকলে বা কিছু সংখ্যক লোক তন্দ্রাচ্ছন্ন হয়ে পড়ল। অতঃপর নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাদের নিয়ে সালাত আদায় করলেন। (বর্ণনাকারী) অযুর কথা উল্লেখ করেননি।[1] সহীহ : মুসলিম।
Anas b. Malik reported:(The people) stood up for the night prayer and a man stood up and spoke forth: Messenger of Allah, I have to say something to you. He (the Prophet) entered into secret conversation with him, till the people or some of the people dozed off, ad then he led them in prayer. He (Thabit al-Bunani) did not mention ablution
। জাবির (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সঙ্গে যাতুর রিক্বা' যুদ্ধাভিযানে বের হলাম। তখন এক ব্যক্তি মুশরিকদের এক লোকের স্ত্রীকে হত্যা করে। ফলে ঐ মুশরিক এ মর্মে শপথ করে যে, যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত মুহাম্মাদের সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কোন সাথীর রক্তপাত না করব, ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত আমি ক্ষ্যান্ত হব না। অতএব সে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সন্ধানে বেরিয়ে পড়ল। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এক জায়গায় অবতরণ করে বললেনঃ এমন কে আছো, যে আমাদের পাহারা দিবে? তখন মুহাজিরদের থেকে একজন এবং আনসারদের থেকে একজন তৈরি হয়ে গেলেন। তিনি বললেনঃ তোমরা দু’জনে গিরিপথের চূড়ায় মোতায়েন থাক। উভয়ে গিরিমুখে পৌঁছলে মুহাজির লোকটি ঘুমিয়ে পড়েন। আর আনসারী লোকটি দাঁড়িয়ে সালাত আদায়ে মশগুল হন। এমন সময় ঐ লোকটি এসে আনসারী লোকটিকে দেখেই চিনে ফেলল। সে বুঝতে পারল তিনি (প্রতিপক্ষের) নিরাপত্তা প্রহরী। অতএব সে তাঁর প্রতি একটি তীর নিক্ষেপ করল, যা তার দেহে বিঁধে গেল। তিনি তা বের করে নিলেন। সে একে একে তিনটি তীর নিক্ষেপ করল। তিনি রুকু' সিজদা্ করে (যথারীতি সালাত শেষ করে) সাথীকে জাগালেন। সাহাবীগণ সর্তক হয়ে গিয়েছেন, এটা টের পেয়ে মুশরিক লোকটি পালিয়ে গেল। মুহাজির সাহাবী আনসার সাহাবীকে রক্তাক্ত অবস্থায় দেখতে পেয়ে বললেন, সুবহানাল্লাহ! প্রথম তীর নিক্ষেপের পরই আমাকে সর্তক করেননি কেন? তিনি বললেন, আমি (সালাতে) এমন একটি সূরাহ তিলাওয়াত করছিলাম যা ভঙ্গ করতে আমি পছন্দ করিনি। [1] হাসান।
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:
We proceeded in the company of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) for the battle of Dhat ar-Riqa. One of the Muslims killed the wife of one of the unbelievers. He (the husband of the woman killed) took an oath saying: I shall not rest until I kill one of the companions of Muhammad. He went out following the footsteps of the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) encamped at a certain place. He said: Who will keep a watch on us? A person from the Muhajirun (Emigrants) and another from the Ansar (Helpers) responded. He said: Go to the mouth of the mountain-pass. When they went to the mouth of the mountain-pass the man from the Muhajirun lay down while the man from the Ansar stood praying. The man (enemy) came to them. When he saw the person he realised that he was the watchman of the Muslims. He shot him with an arrow and hit the target. But he (took the arrow out and) threw it away. He (the enemy) then shot three arrows. Then he (the Muslim) bowed and prostrated and awoke his companion. When he (the enemy) perceived that they (the Muslims) had become aware of his presence, he ran away. When the man from the Muhajirun saw the (man from the Ansar) bleeding, he asked him: Glory be to Allah! Why did you not wake me up the first time when he shot at you. He replied: I was busy reciting a chapter of the Qur'an. I did not like to leave it
