। আলী ইবনু আবী তলিব (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সাথে ছিলাম। সে সময় আবূ বাকর ও উমার (রাযিঃ) আবির্ভূত হন। অতঃপর রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ এরা দুজন জান্নাতে নবী-রাসূলগণ ছাড়া পূর্বাপর (সৰ্বকালের) পূর্ণ বয়স্কদের নেতা হবেন। হে ‘আলী! এটা তাদেরকে জানাবে না। সহীহঃ ইবনু মাজাহ (৯৫)। আবূ ঈসা বলেন, উক্ত সনদসূত্রে এ হাদীসটি গারীব। আল-ওয়ালীদ ইবনু মুহাম্মাদ আল-মুয়াক্কিরী হাদীস শাস্ত্রে দুর্বল। ‘আলী ইবনু হুসাইন (রহঃ) আলী (রাযিঃ) হতে কিছু শুনেননি। এ হাদীস অবশ্য আলী (রাযিঃ) হতে অন্য সনদেও বর্ণিত হয়েছে। এ অনুচ্ছেদে আনাস ও ইবনু আব্বাস (রাযিঃ) হতেও হাদীস বর্ণিত আছে।
Narrated 'Ali bin Abi Talib:
"I was with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and Abu Bakr and 'Umar came up (in discussion), so the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'These two are the masters of the elder people among the inhabitants of Paradise. From the first ones and the last ones, not including the Prophets and the Messengers. But do not inform them O 'Ali
। আনাস (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আবূ বাকর ও উমার (রাযিঃ) প্রসঙ্গে বলেছেনঃ এরা দু’জন নবী-রাসূলগণ ছাড়া পূর্বাপর জান্নাতের সকল বয়স্কদের নেতা হবেন। সহীহঃ দেখুন পরবর্তী হাদীস। আবূ ঈসা বলেন, উপর্যুক্ত সনদে এ হাদীসটি হাসান গারীব।
Narrated Anas:

Narrated 'Ali:
that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Abu Bakr and 'Umar are the masters of the elder people among the inhabitants of Paradise, from the first ones and the last ones, not including the Prophets and the Messengers. Do not inform them O 'Ali
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الأُمَوِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَبِي الْعَلاَءِ الْمُرَادِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ هَرِمٍ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، رضى الله عنه قَالَ كُنَّا جُلُوسًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " إِنِّي لاَ أَدْرِي مَا بَقَائِي فِيكُمْ فَاقْتَدُوا بِاللَّذَيْنِ مِنْ بَعْدِي " . وَأَشَارَ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ .
। হুযাইফাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে। তিনি বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম -এর কাছে আমরা অবস্থান করছিলাম। তখন তিনি বললেনঃ তোমাদের মাঝে আমি আর কত দিন বেঁচে থাকব তা আমার জানা নেই। অতএব তোমরা আমার অবর্তমানে দু'জন লোকের অনুসরণ করবে- এ কথা বলে তিনি আবূ বাকর ও উমার (রাযিঃ)-এর দিকে ইশারা করলেন। সহীহঃ দেখুন পূর্বের হাদীস।
Narrated Hudhaifah [may Allah be pleased with him]:
"We were sitting with the Prophet (ﷺ) and he said: 'I do not know how long I will be with you, so stick to the two after me,' and he signaled towards Abu Bakr and 'Umar
