। ইবনু উমার (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যখন তোমাদেরকে কোন ইয়াহুদী সালাম করে তখন বলে, 'আসসামু আলাইকুম’ (তোমার মৃত্যু হোক)। তুমি উত্তরে বল, 'আলাইকা' (তোমার হোক)। সহীহ, ইরওয়া (৫/১১২), নাসা-ঈ এ হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা হাসান সহীহ বলেছেন।
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Indeed when a Jew gives Salam to one of you, then he is only saying: 'As-Samu 'Alaikum' (Death be upon you) so say: "Alaik (And upon you).'" [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih
। আবূ হুরাইরা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা ইয়াহুদী-নাসারাদের প্রথমে সালাম প্রদান করো না। তোমরা রাস্তায় চলাচলের সময় তাদের কারো সাথে দেখা হলে তাকে রাস্তার কিনারায় ঠেলে দিও। সহীহ, সহীহা (৭০৪), ইরওয়া (১২৭১), মুসলিম, বুখারী আদাবুল মুফরাদ, ২৮৫৫ নং হাদীসটির আলোচনা আসবে। ইবনু উমার, আনাস ও আবূ বাসরা আল-গিফারী (রাঃ) হতেও এ অনুচ্ছেদে হাদীস বর্ণিত আছে। এ হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা হাসান সহীহ বলেছেন।
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Do not precede the Jews and the Christians with the Salam. And if one you meets one of them in the path, then force him to its narrow portion." [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from Ibn 'Umar, Anas, and Abu Basrah Al-Ghifari the Companion of the Prophet (ﷺ). [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. And regarding the meaning of this Hadith: "Do not precede the Jews and the Christians": Some of the poeple of knowledge said that it only means that it is disliked because it would be honoring them, and the Muslims were ordered to humiliate them. For this reason, when one of them is met on the path, then the path is not yielded for him, because doing so would amount to honoring them
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً إِلَى خَثْعَمٍ فَاعْتَصَمَ نَاسٌ بِالسُّجُودِ فَأَسْرَعَ فِيهِمُ الْقَتْلُ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَ لَهُمْ بِنِصْفِ الْعَقْلِ وَقَالَ " أَنَا بَرِيءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ يُقِيمُ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ " . قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَلِمَ قَالَ " لاَ تَرَايَا نَارَاهُمَا " .
। জারীর ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, খাসআমদের অঞ্চলে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম একটি ছোট বাহিনী প্রেরণ করেন। সিজদার মাধ্যমে সেখানকার জনগণ আত্মরক্ষা করতে চাইল। কিন্তু দ্রুততার সাথে তাদেরকে মেরে ফেলা হয়। এ সংবাদ রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামের নিকট আসলে তিনি তাদের অর্ধেক দিয়াত (রক্তপণ) দেওয়ার জন্য হুকুম দেন। তিনি আরো বলেন, মুশরিকদের সাথে যে সকল মুসলিম বসবাস করে আমি তাদের দায়িত্ব হতে মুক্ত। সাহাবীগণ বললেন, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! তা কেন? তিনি বললেনঃ এইটুকু দূরে থাকবে যেন উভয়ের আগুন না দেখা যায়। “অর্ধেক দিয়াত দেওয়ার হুকুম দেন” এই অংশ ব্যতীত হাদীসটি সহীহ, ইরওয়া (১২০৭), সহীহ আবূ দাউদ
Narrated Qais bin Abu Hazim:
From Jarir bin 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent a military expedition to Khath'am. So some people (living there) sought safety by prostrating, but they were met quickly and killed. News of this reached the Prophet (ﷺ) upon which he commanded that they be given half of the 'Aql (blood money). And he said: "I am free from every Muslim that lives among the idolaters." They said:"O Messenger of Allah: How is that ?" He said: "They should not see each other's campfires
। আনাস (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ বন্টনের পূর্বে যে ব্যক্তি গানীমাতের সম্পদ হতে কিছু গ্রহণ করে সে আমাদের দল ভুক্ত নয়। সহীহ, মিশকাত তাহকীক ছানী (২৯৪৭) এ হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা হাসান সহীহ এবং আনাস (রাঃ)-এর রিওয়ায়াত হিসাবে গারীব বলেছেন।
Narrated Anas:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever plunders then he is not of us." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib as a Hadith of Anas
