। আমর ইবনু শুআইব (রহঃ) হতে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা ও দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত আছে, গাছের বোটায় ঝুলন্ত ফল প্রসঙ্গে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামকে প্রশ্ন করা হলে তিনি বলেনঃ যদি কোন লোক নিরুপায় হয়ে তা খায় কিন্তু পুটুলি বেঁধে না নিয়ে যায় তবে তার কোন অন্যায় হবে না। হাসান, ইরওয়া (২৪১৩) আবূ ঈসা এ হাদীসটিকে হাসান বলেছেন।
Narrated 'Amr bin Shu'aib:
From his father, from his grandfather, that the Prophet (ﷺ) was asked about hanging fruits (on the trees), so he said: "Whoever is in need and picks some of it without taking any in his garment, then there is no sin upon him." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih
। রাফি ইবনু আমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, তিনি বলেছেন, আমি আনসারদের খেজুর গাছে ঢ়িল ছুড়ে বেড়াতাম। তারা আমাকে গ্রফতার করে রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামের নিকটে নিয়ে আসলে তিনি বললেনঃ হে রাফি! তুমি তাদের খেজুর গাছে কেন টিল ছুড়? আমি বললাম, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! ক্ষুধার কারণে। তিনি বললেনঃ আর ঢ়িল ছুড়বে না, নীচে যা পড়বে তা খাবে। আল্লাহ তা'আলা তোমার পেট পূর্ণ করে দিন এবং তোমাকে সম্পূর্ণরূপে তৃপ্ত করুন। যঈফ, ইবনু মাজাহ (২২৯৯) এ হাদীসটি হাসান, গারীব সহীহ।
Narrated Rafi' bin 'Amr:
"I was throwing stones at a date-palm belonging to some of the Ansar. They took me along with them to the Prophet (ﷺ). He said: "O Rafi'! Why were you throwing stones at their date-palm?'" He said: "I said: 'Out of hunger, O Messenger of Allah! He said: 'Do not throw stones at them, eat what falls. May Allah fill you and quench your thirst.'" This Hadith is Hasan Gharib Sahih
। জাবির (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, মুহাকালা’, ‘মুযাবানা’, মুখাবারা’ ও ‘সুনয়া ধরণের কেনা-বেচাকে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নিষেধ করেছেন, যদি না (পরিমাণ) অবগত হয়। সহীহ, বেচা-কেনার হাদীস এ হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা উল্লেখিত সনদসূত্রে হাসান সহীহ গারীব বলেছেন।
Narrated Jabir:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited Al-Muhaqalah, Al-Muzabanah, Al-Mukhabarah, and making an exception (in a sale) unless it is made known." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih, Gharib from this route as narration of Yunus bin 'Ubaid, from 'Ata, from Jabir
। ইবনু উমার (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ (অপরের) বাগানে প্রবেশের পর কোন লোক তা হতে খেতে পারে কিন্তু পুটুলি বেঁধে সাথে করে নিয়ে যেতে পারবে না। সহীহ, ইবনু মা-জাহ (২৩০১), দেখুন পরবর্তী হাদীস। আবূ লাহামের মুক্তদাস উমাইর ও আবূ হুরাইরা (রাঃ) হতেও এ অনুচ্ছেদে হাদীস বর্ণিত আছে। ইবনু উমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা গারীব বলেছেন। আমরা এটাকে শুধু ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু সুলাইমের সনদসূত্রেই জেনেছি। মুসাফিরদেরকে (পথিমধ্যে) বাগানের ফল খাওয়ার পক্ষে একদল আলিম অনুমতি প্রদান করেছেন, আর একদল মূল্য প্রদান না করে ফল খাওয়া মাকরূহ বলেছেন।
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:
That the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever enters an orchard then let him eat, but not take any in his garment." [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, 'Abbad bin Shurahbil, Rafi' bin 'Amr, 'Umair the freed slave of Abi Al-Lahm, and Abu Hurairah. [Abu 'Eisa said:] The Hadith of Ibn 'Umar is Gharib Hadith. We do not know of it from this route except from Yahya bin Sulaim. Some of the people of knowledge have permitted the wayfarer to eat from the fruits, and some of them disliked it without paying
