। মুহাইয়্যিসা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, তিনি রক্তক্ষরণের মজুরি নেওয়ার জন্য রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামের নিকট অনুমতি চাইলে তিনি তাকে তা নিতে নিষেধ করেন। তিনি তার নিকট বারবার কাকুতি-মিনতি করতে থাকলেন। অবশেষে তিনি বললেনঃ এই আয় তোমার পানি বহনকারী উট এবং তোমার গোলামের খাবারের জন্য খরচ কর। সহীহ, ইবনু মা-জাহ (২১৬৬), বেচা-কেনার হাদীস রাফি ইবনু খাদীজ, আবূ জুহাইফা, জাবির ও সাইব ইবনু ইয়াযীদ (রাঃ) হতেও এ অনুচ্ছেদে হাদীস বর্ণিত আছে। মুহাইয়্যিসা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা হাসান সহীহ বলেছেন। এ হাদীস অনুযায়ী কিছু সংখ্যক আলিম আমল করেছেন। ইমাম আহমাদ বলেছেন, আমার নিকট রক্তক্ষরণকারী মজুরি নেওয়ার অনুমতি চাইলে আমি তাকে অনুমতি প্রদান করব না এবং নিজের মতের সপক্ষে এই হাদীসটি দলীল হিসাবে উপস্থাপন করব।
Narrated Ibn Muhayyisah of Banu Harithah:
From his father, that he sought permission from the Prophet (ﷺ) to take the wages for cupping and he (ﷺ) forbade him from it. He continued asking him and seeking his permission until he said: "Use it to give fodder to your water-carrying camels, and to feed your slaves." [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from Rafi' bin Khadij, Abu Juhaifah, Jabir, and As-Sa'ib bin Yazid. [Abu 'Eisa said:] The Hadith of Muhayyisah is a Hasan Sahih Hadith. । আবূ মাসউদ আল-আনসারী (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কুকুরের বিক্রয় মূল্য, যিনার বিনিময় এবং গণকের উপঢৌকন গ্রহণ করতে নিষেধ করেছেন। সহীহ, ইবনু মা-জাহ (২১৫৯), নাসা-ঈ এ হাদীসটি হাসান সহীহ।
Narrated Abu Mas'ud Al-Ansari:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited the price of a dog, the earnings of the fornicator (from harlotry), and the news of the fortune-teller." This Hadith is Hasan Sahih
তিনি বলেন, রক্তক্ষরণকারীর পারিশ্রমিক প্রসঙ্গে আনাস (রাঃ)-কে প্রশ্ন করা হলে তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম রক্তক্ষরণ করিয়েছেন। আবূ তাইবা তার রক্তক্ষরণ করেন। তিনি তাকে দুই সা’ পরিমাণ খাদ্যদ্রব্য দেওয়ার হুকুম দেন। তার মালিক পরিবারের সাথে তিনি আলোচনা করলে তারা তার উপর ধার্যকৃত অর্থের পরিমাণ কমিয়ে দেয়। তিনি বলেনঃ তোমরা যেসব চিকিৎসা গ্রহণ কর সে সবের মধ্যে রক্তক্ষরণ উত্তম চিকিৎসা। অথবা তোমাদের ঔষধগুলোর মধ্যে রক্তক্ষরণ উত্তম ঔষধ। সহীহ, মুখতাসার শামাইল (৩০৯), বেচা-কেনার হাদীস, নাসা-ঈ আলী, ইবনু আব্বাস ও ইবনু উমার (রাঃ) হতেও এ অনুচ্ছেদে হাদীস বর্ণিত আছে। আনাস (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা হাসান সহীহ বলেছেন। রক্তক্ষরণের মজুরি গ্রহণের পক্ষে একদল বিশেষজ্ঞ সাহাবী ও তাবিঈ সম্মতি দিয়েছেন। ইমাম শাফিঈরও এই মত।
Narrated Anas:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was cupped. Abu Talhah did the cupping. So he ordered that he be given two Sa' of food, and he spoke to his masters to reduce his taxes. He said: 'The most virtuous of what you treat with is cupping.' Or, he said: 'The best of your treatments is cupping.'" [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from 'Ali, Ibn 'Abbas, and Ibn 'Umar. [Abu 'Eisa said:] The Hadith of Anas is a Hasan Sahih. Some of the people of knowledge among the Companions of the Prophet (ﷺ), and others permitted paying the cupper. This is the view of Ash-Shafi'i
। রাফি ইবনু খাদীজ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ রক্তক্ষরণের মজুরি ঘৃণিত, ব্যভিচারের বিনিময় মূল্য জঘন্য এবং কুকুরের বিক্রয় মূল্যও ঘৃণিত। সহীহ, বেচা-কেনার হাদীস, মুসলিম উমার, আলী, ইবনু মাসউদ, আবু মাসউদ, জাবির, আবু হুরায়রা, ইবনু আব্বাস, ইবনু উমার ও আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু জাফার (রাঃ) হতেও এ অনুচ্ছেদে হাদীস বর্ণিত আছে। রাফি ইবনু খাদীজ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা হাসান সহীহ বলেছেন। এ হাদীস মোতাবিক বেশিরভাগ আলিম আমল করেছেন। কুকুরের বিক্রয় মূল্য গ্রহণকে তারা মাকরূহ বলেছেন। এই মত দিয়েছেন ইমাম শাফিঈ, আহমাদ ও ইসহাক। শিকারী কুকুরের বিক্রয় মূল্য গ্রহণের পক্ষে কিছু আলিম অনুমতি প্রদান করেছেন।
Narrated Rafi' b. Khadij:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The earnings of the cupper is filth, the earnings of the fornicator (from harlotry) is filth, and the price of a dog is filth." [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from 'Umar, 'Ali, Ibn Mas'ud, Abu Masu'd, Jabir, Abu Hurairah, Ibn 'Abbas, Ibn 'Umar, and 'Abdullah bin Ja'far. [Abu 'Eisa said:] The Hadith is Rafi' is a Hasan Sahih Hadith. This is acted upon according to most of the people of knowledge, they disliked the price of a dog. This the view of Ash-Shafi'i, Ahmad, and Ishaq. Some of the people of knowledge permitted the price of the hunting dog
