। আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, পাল দেওয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে ষাঁড় প্রদান করে মজুরি নেওয়া প্রসঙ্গে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামের নিকট কিলাব গোত্রের এক লোক প্রশ্ন করলে তিনি তা নিতে বারণ করেন। সে বলল, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমরা পাল দেওয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে ষাঁড় দেই এবং আমাদেরকে (দাবি ব্যতীতই) পুরস্কার স্বরূপ কিছু দেওয়া হয়। তিনি তাকে এ ধরণের পুরষ্কার নেওয়ার অনুমতি দেন। সহীহ, মিশকাত তাহকীক ছানী (২৮৬৬), বেচা-কেনার হাদীস এ হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা হাসান গারীব বলেছেন। আমরা এ হাদীসটি শুধু উল্লেখিত সূত্রেই জেনেছি।
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
"A man from (the tribe of) Kilab asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about studding a stallion and he prohibited it. So he said: 'O Messenger of Allah! We stud the stallions so that we get honorarium (from the owners of the female horse)!' So he permitted it for honorarium." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Gharib, we do not know of it except as a narration of Ibrahim bin Humaid, from Hisham bin 'Urwah
তিনি বলেন, পাল দেওয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে ষাঁড় প্রদান করে মজুরি নিতে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নিষেধ করেছেন। সহীহ, বেচা-কেনার হাদীস, বুখারী আবূ হুরাইরা, আনাস ও আবূ সাঈদ (রাঃ) হতেও এ অনুচ্ছেদে হাদীস বর্ণিত আছে। ইবনু উমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা হাসান সহীহ বলেছেন। এ হাদীসের সমর্থনে একদল আলিম মত দিয়েছেন। পাল দেওয়ার বিনিময়ে পুরস্কার গ্রহণের পক্ষে অন্য একদল আলিম অনুমতি প্রদান করেছেন।
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:
"The Prophet (ﷺ) prohibited studding the stallion." [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from Abu Hurairah, Anas, and Abu Sa'eed. [Abu 'Eisa said:] The Hadith is Ibn 'Umar is a Hasan Sahih Hadith. This is acted upon according to some of the people of knowledge. There are those who made concession for accepting an honorarium for that
। রাফি ইবনু খাদীজ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ রক্তক্ষরণের মজুরি ঘৃণিত, ব্যভিচারের বিনিময় মূল্য জঘন্য এবং কুকুরের বিক্রয় মূল্যও ঘৃণিত। সহীহ, বেচা-কেনার হাদীস, মুসলিম উমার, আলী, ইবনু মাসউদ, আবু মাসউদ, জাবির, আবু হুরায়রা, ইবনু আব্বাস, ইবনু উমার ও আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু জাফার (রাঃ) হতেও এ অনুচ্ছেদে হাদীস বর্ণিত আছে। রাফি ইবনু খাদীজ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা হাসান সহীহ বলেছেন। এ হাদীস মোতাবিক বেশিরভাগ আলিম আমল করেছেন। কুকুরের বিক্রয় মূল্য গ্রহণকে তারা মাকরূহ বলেছেন। এই মত দিয়েছেন ইমাম শাফিঈ, আহমাদ ও ইসহাক। শিকারী কুকুরের বিক্রয় মূল্য গ্রহণের পক্ষে কিছু আলিম অনুমতি প্রদান করেছেন।
Narrated Rafi' b. Khadij:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The earnings of the cupper is filth, the earnings of the fornicator (from harlotry) is filth, and the price of a dog is filth." [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from 'Umar, 'Ali, Ibn Mas'ud, Abu Masu'd, Jabir, Abu Hurairah, Ibn 'Abbas, Ibn 'Umar, and 'Abdullah bin Ja'far. [Abu 'Eisa said:] The Hadith is Rafi' is a Hasan Sahih Hadith. This is acted upon according to most of the people of knowledge, they disliked the price of a dog. This the view of Ash-Shafi'i, Ahmad, and Ishaq. Some of the people of knowledge permitted the price of the hunting dog
। আবূ হুরাইরা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ ঘাস হতে বঞ্চিত করার উদ্দেশ্যে উদ্ধৃত্ত পানি ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে লোকদের কোন প্রকার বাধা দেওয়া নিষেধ। সহীহ, ইবনু মা-জাহ (২৪৭৮), নাসা-ঈ এ হাদীসটিকে আবূ ঈসা হাসান সহীহ বলেছেন। আবূল মিনহালের নাম আবদুর রাহমান, পিতা মুতঈম। তিনি কূফার অধিবাসী ছিলেন এবং তার নিকট হতে হাবীব ইবনু আবূ সাবিত হাদীস বর্ণনা করেছেন। অপরদিকে আবূল মিনহাল সাইয়্যার ইবনু সালামা বাসরার বাসিন্দা ছিলেন এবং তিনি আবূ বারযা আল-আসলামী (রাঃ)-এর সহচর ছিলেন।
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
That the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Do not withhold surplus water so that it is prevented from the pasture." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. Abu Al-Munhal's name is 'Abdur-Rahman bin Mut'im, he is from Al-Kufah, and he is oen that Habib bin Abi Thabit reports from. Abu Al-Munhal Sayyar bin Salamah is from Al-Basrah, he is the companion of Abu Barzah Al-Aslami
