হুমায়দ ইবন মাসআদা (রহঃ) ... আতা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, সর্বনিম্ন যাতে হাত কাটা যাবে, তা হলো ঢালের মূল্য। আর তখন এর মূল্য ছিল দশ দিরহাম। ইমাম আবু আবদুর রহমান নাসাঈ (রহঃ) বলেন, পূর্বে যে আয়মান থেকে হাদীস বর্ণিত হয়েছে, তিনি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সাহচর্য পেয়েছেন বলে আমি মনে করি না। তার থেকে বর্ণিত অন্য হাদীস দ্বারা আমার এ কথা প্রমাণিত হয়। নিম্নে সে হাদীস উদ্ধৃত হলঃ
It was narrated that 'Ata' said:"The least for which the hand of a thief is to be cut off is the price of a shield. And the price of a shield in those days was ten Dirhams." (Hasan) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: Ayman, the one whose narrations preceded, I do not think he was a Companion, and another Hadith has been related from him which proves what we have said:
সাওয়ার ইবন আবদুল্লাহ (রহঃ) ও আবদুর রহমান ইবন মুহাম্মদ (রহঃ) ... ইবন যুবায়র (রাঃ)-এর আযাদকৃত দাস আয়মান (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি তুবায় সূত্রে কা'ব (রাঃ) হতে শুনেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি উত্তমরূপে উযূ করে সালাত আদায় করে; রাবী আবদুর রহমান বলেন, ইশার সালাত আদায় করে এবং পরে চার রাকআত সালাত আদায় করে এবং তাতে রুকু-সিজদা পূর্ণরূপে আদায় করে, আর যা পড়ে তা উপলব্ধি করে, তবে তা শবে কদরের ইবাদতের ন্যায় হবে।
It was narrated that Ka'b said:"Whoever performs wudu and performs wudu, well, then prays ('Abdur-Rahman said: and prays Isha), then prays after that four Rakahs and does them well (Sawwar said: and understands what he is reciting (Sawwar said: and recites therein), they will be equivalent to (praying) Lailat Al-Qadr for him". (Hasan Maqtu)
আবদুল হামীদ ইবন মুহাম্মাদ (রহঃ) ... ইবন উমর (রাঃ) এর আযাদকৃত গোলাম আয়মান থেকে, তিনি তুবায় থেকে এবং তিনি কা'ব (রাঃ) থেকে। তিনি বলেন, যে ব্যক্তি উত্তমরূপে উযূ করে ইশার সালাতের জামাআতে শরীক হয় এবং এরপর তার সাথে অনুরূপ চার রাকআত সালাত আদায় করে। এতে কুরআন পড়ে এবং রুকু-সিজদা পূর্ণরূপে আদায় করে, তা তার জন্য শবে কদরের সওয়াবের মত হবে।
It was narrated that Ka'b said:"Whoever performs Wudu and performs Wudu well, then attends Isha prayer in congregation, then prays four similar Rakahs after that, reciting therein and bowing and prostrating perfectly, that will bring him a reward like that of (praying) Lailat Al-Qadar." (Hasan Maqtu)
أَخْبَرَنَا خَلاَّدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ كَانَ ثَمَنُ الْمِجَنِّ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَشْرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ .
খাল্লাদ ইবন আসলাম (রহঃ) ... আমর ইবন শুআয়ব তাঁর পিতার মাধ্যমে তাঁর দাদা থেকে বর্ণনা করেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সময় ঢালের মূল্য ছিল দশ দিরহাম।
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, that his grandfather said:"The price of a shield at the time of the Messenger of Allah was ten Dirhams
কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... আমর ইবন শুআয়ব (রহঃ) তার পিতার মাধ্যমে তার দাদা থেকে বর্ণনা করেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে জিজ্ঞাসা করা হলো, কী পরিমাণ মাল চুরি করলে হাত কাটা যাবে? তিনি বললেনঃ যে ফল গাছে ঝুলছে, ঐ ফল চুরি হলে হাত কাটা যাবে না। কিন্তু যখন তা খােলায় এনে রাখা হয়, আর সেখান হতে এ পরিমাণ ফল চুরি হয় যার মূল্য ঢালের মূল্যের সমান, তখন হাত কাটা যাবে। এভাবে যে জন্তু পাহাড়ের চারণভূমিতে চরে, তাতে হাত কাটা যাবে না। কিন্তু যখন তা খােয়াড়ে তোলা হয়, তখন চুরি করলে এবং তার মূল্য ঢালের মূল্যের সমপরিমাণ হলে হাত কাটা যাবে।
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, that his grandfather said:"The Messenger of Allah was asked: 'For how much is the hand (of the thief) to be cut off?' He said: 'The hand (of the thief) is not to be cut off for (stealing) fruit on the tree, but if (the fruit) has been taken to the place where it is stored to dry, then the (thief's) hand is to be cut off (if what is stolen is equivalent to) the price of a shield. The (thief's) hand is not to be cut off for a sheep (stolen) from the grazing land, but if it had been put in the pen, then the (thief's) hand is to be cut off (if what is stolen is equivalent to) the price of a shield
কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... আবদুল্লাহ ইবন আমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
গাছে ঝুলান ফল চুরির ব্যাপারে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে জিজ্ঞাসা করা হলে তিনি বললেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি প্রয়োজনের তাগিদে ফল নেয়, কিন্তু লুকিয়ে কাপড়ে বেঁধে না নেয়, তার কোন শাস্তি হবে না। যদি কেউ এরূপ ফল নিয়ে বের হয়, তবে তার দ্বিগুণ জরিমানা হবে এবং শাস্তি দেওয়া হবে। ফল খােলায় রাখার পর যদি কেউ চুরি করে, আর তার মূল্য ঢালের মূল্যের পরিমাণ হয়, তবে তার হাত কাটা যাবে। যদি কোন ব্যক্তি ঢালের মূল্যের চেয়ে কম মূল্যের বস্তু চুরি করে, তবে তার দ্বিগুণ জরিমানা দিতে হবে, আর শাস্তিও হবে।
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, that his grandfather 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, that the Messenger of Allah wsa asked about fruit on the tree. He said:"Whatever a needy person takes without putting any in his pocket (and taking it away), there is no penalty on him. But whoever takes anything away, he must pay a penalty of twice its value, and be punished. Whoever steals something after it has been stored properly, and its value is equal to that of a shield, his hand must be cut off. Whoever steals something worth less than that, he must pay a penalty of twice its value and be punished
মুযায়না গোত্রের এক ব্যক্তি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট এসে বললোঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ্! পাহাড়ে চড়ে বেড়ায় এমন জন্তুর ব্যাপারে আপনি কী আদেশ করেন? তিনি বললেনঃ যদি কেউ এরূপ জন্তু চুরি করে, তবে সে যেন তা ফেরত দেয় এবং এরূপ অন্য একটি জন্তুও দিবে। আর তাকে শাস্তি দেওয়া হবে কিন্তু হাত কাটা যাবে না। ঐ ব্যক্তি বললোঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ্! গাছে ঝুলান ফল সম্বন্ধে আপনি কী বলেন? তিনি বলেনঃ চোর ঐ ফল এবং আরও ঐ পরিমাণ ফল আদায় করবে এবং তাকে শাস্তি দেওয়া হবে, গাছে ঝুলন্ত কোন ফল চুরিতে হাত কাটা যাবে না। ফল খােলায় রাখার পর ঢালের সমমূল্য পরিমাণ চুরি করলে হাত কাটা যাবে। আর যদি ঐ পরিমাণের চাইতে কম হয়; তবে দ্বিগুণ জরিমানা দিবে, আর শাস্তিস্বরূপ বেত্রাঘাত করা হবে।
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, that his grandfather 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, that a man from Muzainah came to the Messenger of Allah and said:'O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about a sheep stolen from the pasture?" He said: "(The thief must pay) double and be punished. There is no cutting off of the hand for (stealing) livestock, except what which has been put in the pen, if its value is equal to that of a shield, in which case the (thief's) hand is to be cut off. If its value is not equal to that of a shield, then he should pay a penalty of twice its value and be flogged as a punishment." He said: "O Messenger of Allah! What do you think about fruit on the tree?" He said: "(The thief must pay) double and be punished. There is no cutting off of the hand for (stealing) fruit on the tree, except for that which has been stored properly if its value is equal to that of a shield, in which case the (thief's) hand is not equal to that of a shield, then he should pay a penalty of twice its value and be flogged as a punishment
মুহাম্মদ ইবন খালিদ ইবন খালী (রহঃ) ... রাফে ইবনে খাদীজ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ ফল এবং খেজুর গাছের শাঁস চুরিতে হাত কাটা নেই।
It was narrated that Rafi bin Khadij said:"I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'The hand is not to be cut off for (stealing) produce or the spadix of palm trees
আমর ইবন আলী (রহঃ) ... রাফে ইবন খাদীজ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছি ফল এবং খেজুর গাছের শাঁস চুরিতে হাত কাটা নেই।

তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ ফল এবং খেজুর গাছের শাস চুরিতে হাত কাটা নেই।

তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ ফল এবং খেজুর গাছের শাঁস চুরিতে হাত কাটা নেই।

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلاَ كَثَرٍ " .

রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ ফল এবং খেজুর গাছের শাঁস চুরিতে হাত কাটা নেই।
It was narrated that Rafi bin Khadij said:"I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'The hand is not to be cut off for (stealing) produce or the spadix of palm trees."' (Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: This is a mistake, and I do not know who Abu Maimun (one of the narrators) is
