কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... আবু হুরায়রা, যায়দ ইবন খালিদ এবং শিল (রাঃ) বর্ণনা করেন, আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত ছিলাম। এমন সময় এক ব্যক্তি এসে বললোঃ আল্লাহর শপথ দিয়ে বলছি, আপনি আমাদের মধ্যে আল্লাহর কিতাব অনুযায়ী মীমাংসা করুন। পরে তার বিপক্ষ যে অধিক বুদ্ধিমান ছিল, সে বললোঃ ঠিকই আপনি আমাদের মধ্যে আল্লাহর কিতাবানুযায়ী মীমাংসা করুন। তখন তিনি বললেনঃ বল! সে বললোঃ আমার পুত্র এই ব্যক্তির চাকর ছিল, এবং সে তার স্ত্রীর সাথে ব্যভিচার করেছে। আমি আমার একশত ছাগল এবং খাদিম দ্বারা তাকে ছাড়িয়ে নিয়েছি। তাকে কেউ খবর দিয়েছিল যে, তার পুত্রের শাস্তি এই যে, তাকে প্রস্তরাঘাতে হত্যা করা হবে। তাই সে এর বিনিময়ে তাকে ছাড়িয়ে নিয়েছে। এরপর আমি কয়েকজন আলিমের নিকট জিজ্ঞাসা করলে তারা বললোঃ আমার পুত্রের উপর একশত বেত্রাঘাত ও এক বছরের নির্বাসন বর্তাবে। তখন রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ আল্লাহর শপথ! যার হাতে আমার প্রাণ! আমি তোমাদের মধ্যে আল্লাহর কিতাবানুযায়ী মীমাংসা করবো। একশত ছাগল ও খাদিম তোমাকে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে এবং তোমার ছেলের উপর একশত বেত্রাঘাত ও এক বছরের নির্বাসন বর্তাবে। এরপর তিনি বলেনঃ হে উনায়স! তুমি ঐ দ্বিতীয় ব্যক্তির স্ত্রীর নিকট যাবে, যদি সে স্বীকার করে, তবে তাকে প্রস্তরাঘাতে হত্যা করবে। তিনি তার নিকট গমন করলে সে তা স্বীকার করলো, ফলে তাকে প্রস্তরাঘাতে হত্যা করলেন।
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah, Zaid bin Khalid and Shibl said:"We were with the Prophet [SAW] when a man stood up and said: 'I adjure you, by Allah, pass judgment between us according to the Book of Allah.' His opponent, who was wiser than him, stood up and said: 'He is right, pass judgment between us according to the Book of Allah.' He said: 'Speak.' He said: 'My son was a laborer serving this man, and he committed Zina with his wife. I ransomed him with one hundred sheep and a servant.' It is as if he was told that his son was to be stoned to death but he ransomed him from that. 'Then I asked some knowledgeable men and they told me that my son was to be given one hundred lashes and exiled for a year.' The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said to him: 'By the One in Whose hand is my soul, I will pass judgment between you according to the Book of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime. As for the one hundred sheep and the servant, take them back, and your son is to be given one hundred lashes and exiled for a year. O Unais, go tomorrow to the wife of this man and if she confesses, then stone her to death.' She did confess, so he stoned her to death
মুহাম্মদ ইবন সালামা (রহঃ) ... আবূ হুরায়রা এবং যায়দ ইবন খালিদ জুহানী (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, দুই ব্যক্তি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট তাদের এক ঝগড়া নিয়ে উপস্থিত হলো। তাদের একজন বললোঃ আমাদের মধ্যে আল্লাহর কিতাবের দ্বারা মীমাংসা করুন! অন্যজন, যে ছিল তাদের মধ্যে অধিক জ্ঞানী, সে বললোঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! আমাকে নিজের বক্তব্য পেশ করার অনুমতি দিন। সে বললোঃ আমার ছেলে এই লোকের চাকর ছিল এবং সে তার স্ত্রীর সাথে ব্যভিচার করেছে। লোকেরা আমাকে বললোঃ তোমার ছেলেকে পাথর মেরে হত্যা করা হবে। আমি একশত ছাগল এবং আমার এক দাসীর বিনিময়ে আমার ছেলেকে ছাড়িয়েছি। এরপর আমি আলিমদের নিকট এ ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞাসা করলে, তারা বললোঃ আমার ছেলের শাস্তি একশত বেত্রাঘাত এবং এক বৎসর নির্বাসন, আর তার স্ত্রীকে প্রস্তরাঘাতে হত্যা করা হবে। তখন রাসূলুল্লাহ আল বললেনঃ যার হাতে আমার জীবন, সেই সত্তার শপথ করে বলছিঃ আমি অবশ্যই আল্লাহর কিতাব অনুযায়ী তোমাদের মধ্যে মীমাংসা করবো। তোমার ছাগসমূহ এবং দাসী তোমাকে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। তারপর তিনি তার ছেলেকে একশত বেত্রাঘাত করলেন এবং এক বছরের জন্য নির্বাসন দিলেন। এরপর তিনি উনায়স (রাঃ)-কে অন্য ব্যক্তির স্ত্রীর নিকট যেতে বললেন এবং আদেশ করলেন, যদি সে ব্যভিচার করেছে বলে স্বীকার করে, তবে তাকে প্রস্তরাঘাতে হত্যা করবে। পরে ঐ নারী স্বীকার করলে তিনি তাকে প্রস্তরাঘাতে হত্যা করলেন।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah and Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani that:Two men referred a dispute to the Messenger of Allah [SAW]. One of them said: "O Messenger of Allah, pass judgment between us according to the Book of Allah." The other, who was wiser, said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah, and allow me to speak." He said: "My son was a laborer serving this man, and he committed Zina with his wife. They told me that my son was to be stoned to death, but I ransomed him with one hundred sheep and a slave girl of mine. Then I asked the people of knowledge, who told me that my son was to be given one hundred lashes and exiled for a year, and that his (the man's) wife was to be stoned to death." The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "By the One in Whose hand is my soul, I will pass judgment between you according to the Book of Allah. As for your sheep and your slave girl, take them back." Then he gave his son one hundred lashes, and exiled him for one year, and he ordered Unais to go to the wife of the other man and if she confessed, to stone her to death. She did confess, so he stoned her to death
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْكَرْمَانِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أُتِيَ بِامْرَأَةٍ قَدْ زَنَتْ فَقَالَ " مِمَّنْ " . قَالَتْ مِنَ الْمُقْعَدِ الَّذِي فِي حَائِطِ سَعْدٍ . فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ فَأُتِيَ بِهِ مَحْمُولاً فَوُضِعَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ فَاعْتَرَفَ فَدَعَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِإِثْكَالٍ فَضَرَبَهُ وَرَحِمَهُ لِزَمَانَتِهِ وَخَفَّفَ عَنْهُ .
হাসান ইবন আহমাদ কারমানী (রহঃ) ... আবূ উমামা ইবন সাহল ইবন হুনায়ফ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট এক নারীকে আনা হলো, যে ব্যভিচার করেছিল। রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম জিজ্ঞাসা করেনঃ কার সাথে? মহিলাটি বললোঃ ঐ পঙ্গু লোকটির সাথে! যে সাদ (রাঃ)-এর বাগানে অবস্থান করে। তিনি তার নিকট লোক পাঠালেন। তাকে তুলে আনা হলো। তারপর তাকে তাঁর সামনে রাখা হলো। সে তা স্বীকার করলো। তখন রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম পাকা খেজুরের একখানা ডাল আনিয়ে তা দ্বারা তাকে কয়েক ঘা লাগান, আর তিনি তাকে তার পঙ্গুত্বের জন্য সহজ শাস্তি দেন।
It was narrated from Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hunaif that:A woman who had committed Zina was brought to the Prophet [SAW]. He said: "With whom?" She said: "With the paralyzed man who lives in the garden of Sa'd." He was brought and placed before (the Prophet [SAW]) and he confessed. The Messenger of Allah [SAW] called for a bunch of palm leaves and hit him. He took pity on him because of his disability and was lenient with him
তিনি বলেন, আমি আমার চাচাদের সাথে মদীনায় আগমন করলাম এবং তথাকার বাগানের মধ্যে এক বাগানে প্রবেশ করলাম, আর একটি ফলের গুচ্ছ নিয়ে তা মুচড়ে ফেললাম। তখন ঐ বাগানের মালিক এসে আমার কম্বল কেড়ে নিল এবং আমাকে মারধর করলো। আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত হয়ে তাঁর নিকট ফরিয়াদ করলাম। তিনি ঐ ব্যক্তিকে ডেকে পাঠালে তারা তাকে নিয়ে আসলো। তিনি জিজ্ঞাসা করলেনঃ তুমি কেন এরূপ করলে? সে বললোঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ্! সে আমার বাগানে প্রবেশ করে ফলের গুচ্ছ নিয়ে তা মুচড়ে ফেলেছে। তখন রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ সে অজ্ঞ ছিল, তুমি তাকে শিক্ষা দিলে না কেন? সে ক্ষুধার্ত ছিল, তখন তুমি তাকে খাওয়ালে না কেন? যাও, তুমি তার কম্বল ফিরিয়ে দাও। পরে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে এক ওসক অথবা আধা ওসক দেওয়ার আদেশ দেন।
It was narrated that 'Abbad bin Shurahbil said:"I came to Al-Madinah with my paternal uncles and entered one of its gardens, where I rubbed an ear of grain (to take some grains). The owner of the garden came, took my cloak and hit me. I came to the Messenger of Allah [SAW] and sought his help against him. He sent for the man and they brought him. He said: 'What made you do that?' He said: 'O Messenger of Allah, he entered my garden and took one of the ears of grain and rubbed it.' The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'You did not teach him if he was ignorant, nor feed him if he was hungry. Give him back his cloak.' And the Messenger of Allah [SAW] ordered me with a Wasq or half a Wasq
