। সুওয়ায়দ ইবনু নাসর (রহঃ) ... আনাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এমন সময় আদায় করতেন যে, কোনো গমনকারী ‘কুবা’ পর্যন্ত যেত। (বর্ণনাকারী) যুহরী অথবা ইসহাকের মধ্যে একজন বলেন, গমনকারী এসে ‘কুবা’ বাসিদেরকে (আসরের) সালাত আদায় করতে দেখতে পেত। অন্যজন বলেন, সুর্য তখনও উপরে (উজ্জ্বল) থাকতো।
It was narrated from Anas:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to pray 'Asr, then a person could go to Quba'." One of them [1] said: "And he would come to them when they were prayed." The other said: "And the sub was still high." [1] Both Az-Zuhri and Ishaq bin 'Abdullah narrated it from Anas, so the reference is about them
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلَّى صَلاَةَ الْعَصْرِ وَالشَّمْسُ فِي حُجْرَتِهَا لَمْ يَظْهَرِ الْفَىْءُ مِنْ حُجْرَتِهَا .
। কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... আয়িশা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম (এমন সময়) আসরের সালাত আদায় করলেন যে, সুর্যরশ্মি তখনও তাঁর ঘরে ছিলো এবং সুর্যরশ্মি তখনো গৃহের আঙিনা থেকে উপরে উঠেনি।
It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prayed 'Asr when the sun was in her room and the shadow had not appeared on her wall
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يُصَلِّي الْعَصْرَ وَالشَّمْسُ مُرْتَفِعَةٌ حَيَّةٌ وَيَذْهَبُ الذَّاهِبُ إِلَى الْعَوَالِي وَالشَّمْسُ مُرْتَفِعَةٌ .
। কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাঃ) বলেন। রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আসরের সালাত এমন সময় আদায় করতেন যে, সুর্য তখনও অনেক উপরে উজ্জ্বল থাকত। কোনো গমনকারী আওয়ালী’ তে পৌছলেও সুর্য তখনও উপরে থাকত।
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to pray 'Asr when the sun was still high and bright, and a person could go to Al-'Awali [1] when the sun was still high." । উবায়দুল্লাহ ইবনু সাঈদ (রহঃ) ... জাবির (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, এক ব্যাক্তি রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে সালাতের নির্ধারিত সময় সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসা করল। তিনি বললেনঃ আমার সঙ্গে সালাত আদায় কর। তারপর তিনি যোহরের সালাত আদায় করেন যখন সুর্য অনেকখানি ঢলে যায়। আসরের সালাত আদায় করেন যখন প্রতিটি বস্তুর ছায়া তার সমান হয়ে গেল, মাগরিবের সালাত আদায় করেন যখন সুর্য অদৃশ্য হয়ে গেল এবং ইশার সালাত আদায় করেন যখন সুর্য অস্তমিত হওয়ার পর শাফাক অদৃশ্য হয়ে গেল। রাবী বলেনঃ (পরদিন) যোহরের সালাত আদায় করেন যখন মানুষের ছায়া তার সমান হল, আসরের সালাত আদায় করেন যখন মানুষের ছায়া দ্বিগুন হল। মাগরিবের সালাত আদায় করলেন শাফাক অদৃশ্য হওয়ার পূর্বে। আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু হারিস বলেন, তারপর বর্ণনাকারী ইশার সালাতের কথা উল্লেখ করেছেন এবং বলেছেন, তা রাতের এক-তৃতীয়াংশের দিকে আদায় করেছেন বলে আমার মনে হয়।
It was narrated that Jabir said:"A man asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about the times of prayer. He said: 'Pray with me.' So he prayed Zuhr when the sun had passsed its zenith, 'Asr when the shadow of a thing was equal to its height, Maghrib when the sun had set and 'Isha' when the twilight had disappeared." He said: "Then he prayed Zuhr when the shadow of a man was equal in length to his height, 'Asr when the length of a man's shadow was twice his height, and Maghrib just before the twilight disappeared."
