মুহাম্মদ ইবন হাতিম ইবন নু'আয়ম (রহঃ) ... আনাস ইবন মালিক (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ আমাকে লোকের বিরুদ্ধে জিহাদ করার আদেশ করা হয়েছে, যতক্ষণ না তারা এ কথার সাক্ষ্য প্রদান করে যে, আল্লাহ ব্যতীত কোন ইলাহ নেই, আর মুহাম্মদ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আল্লাহর রাসূল। যদি তারা এই সাক্ষ্য দেয় এবং আমাদের কিবলার দিকে মুখ করে, আমাদের যবেহকৃত পশু খায়, আমাদের ন্যায় সালাত আদায় করে, তখন তাদের জান মাল আমাদের উপর হারাম হয়ে যাবে, তবে এর হক ব্যতীত। তখন অন্যান্য মুসলিমের যে প্রাপ্য রয়েছে তাদের জন্যও তা রয়েছে। আর এদের উপর যে দায়-দায়িত্ব বর্তায়; তাদের উপরও তা বর্তাবে।
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that:The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. If they bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, they turn to face the same Qiblah as us, they eat our slaughtered animals, and they pray as we pray; then their blood and their wealth are forbidden to us, except for a right that is due, and they have the same rights and duties as the Muslims
কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... উবাদা ইবন সামিত (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমরা এক মজলিসে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট ছিলাম। তিনি বললেন, তোমরা আমার নিকট একথার উপর বায়আত কর যে, তোমরা আল্লাহ্ তা'আলার সাথে কাউকে শরীক করবে না, চুরি করবে না, ব্যভিচার করবে না। তিনি তাদের সামনে এতদসংক্রান্ত পূর্ণ আয়াতটি তিলাওয়াত করলেন। তারপর বললেন, তোমাদের মধ্যে যে ব্যক্তি এটা রক্ষা করবে, আল্লাহর নিকট তার প্রতিদান রয়েছে। আর যদি কেউ এর কোন একটি অপরাধ করে ফেলে, আর আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা পৃথিবীতে তা ঢেকে রাখেন, তবে আখিরাতে তা আল্লাহর ইচ্ছার উপর নির্ভরশীল। তিনি ইচ্ছা করলে ক্ষমা করবেন, আর ইচ্ছা করলে শাস্তি দেবেন।
It was narrated that 'Ubadah bin As-Samit said:"We were with the Prophet [SAW] in a gathering and he said: 'Give me your pledge that you will not associate anything with Allah, you will not steal and you will not have unlawful sexual relations'- and then he recited the Verse to them. 'Whoever among you fulfills this pledge, his reward will be with Allah, and whoever commits any of those actions and Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, conceals him, it is up to Allah: If He wills, He will punish him, and if He wills, He will forgive him
মুহাম্মদ ইবন আবদুল্লাহ ইবন আম্মার (রহঃ) ... ইবন উমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
এক ব্যক্তি তাঁকে বললোঃ আপনি কি যুদ্ধ করেন না? তিনি বললেনঃ আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ ইসলাম পাঁচটি বস্তুর উপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত, এই কথার সাক্ষ্য দান করা যে, আল্লাহ ব্যতীত কোন ইলাহ নেই, সালাত আদায় করা, যাকাত দেওয়া, রমযানের রোযা রাখা এবং হজ্জ করা।
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that:A man said to him: "Why don't you go out and fight?" He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: 'Islam is built on five (pillars): Testimony that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, establishing Salah, giving Zakah, Hajj, and fasting Ramadan
