أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ عُيَيْنَةَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهِدًا فِي غَيْرِ كُنْهِهِ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ " .
ইসমাঈল ইবন মাসউদ (রহঃ) ... আবূ বাকরা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি কোন যিম্মীকে অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যা করবে, আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা তার জন্য জান্নাত হারাম করে দেবেন।
Abu Bakrah said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever kills a Mu'ahad with no justification, Allah will forbid Paradise to him
আহমদ ইবন হাফ (রহঃ) ... মালিক আশতার (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি আলী (রাঃ)-কে বললেনঃ মানুষ (আপনার কাছ থেকে জ্ঞান-প্রজ্ঞার) বিপুল কথা শুনে থাকে। যদি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আপনাকে খাস কিছু বলে থাকেন, তা আমাদের নিকট বর্ণনা করুন। তখন আলী (রাঃ) বললেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে এমন কিছু বলেন নি, যা তিনি অন্যান্য লোককে বলেন নি। তবে আমার তলোয়ারের খাপে যা রয়েছে তা ব্যতীত। দেখা গেল, তাতে রয়েছেঃ মুসলিমদের রক্ত সমমর্যাদাসম্পন্ন, একজন সাধারণ মুসলিম একজন কাফিরকে আশ্রয় দিতে পারে, আর কোন মুসলিমকে কাফিরের পরিবর্তে হত্যা করা যাবে না, আর না ঐ যিম্মীকে হত্যা করা যাবে যে তার ওয়াদার উপর স্থির রয়েছে।
It was narrataed from Al-Ashtar that he said to 'Ali:"What the people have been hearing from you has become widespread. If the Messenger of Allah told you anything, then tell us," He said: "The Messenger of Allah did not tell me anything that he did not tell the people, except that in the sheath of my sword there is a sheet, in which it says: 'The lives of the believers are equal in value, and they hasten to support the asylum granted by the least of them. But no believer may be killed in return for a disbeliever, nor one with a covenant while his covenant is in effect."' It is an abridgement of it
হুসায়ন ইবন হুরায়স (রহঃ) ... আবূ বাকরা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি কোন যিম্মীকে হত্যা করবে, আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা তার জন্য জান্নাতের সুবাস গ্রহণও হারাম করে দেবেন।
It was narrated that Abu Bakrah said:The Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever kills a Mu'ahad with no justification, Allah will forbid Paradise to him and he will not even smell its fragrance
মুহাম্মদ ইব্ন বাশশার (রহঃ) ... আবু হাসসান (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আলী (রাঃ) বলেছেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে এমন কিছু বলেন নি যা তিনি অন্যান্য লোকের নিকট বলেন নি; তবে আমার তলোয়ারের খাপে যে লিখা রয়েছে, তা ব্যতীত। জনগণ তার পিছু ছাড়লেন না। পরে তিনি সেই লিখা বের করলেন। দেখা গেল, তাতে লিখিত রয়েছে যে, মুসলিমদের রক্ত সমমর্যাদাসম্পন্ন। একজন সাধারণ মুসলিমও কাউকে আশ্রয় দিতে পারে, মুসলিমগণ অমুসলিমদের ব্যাপারে এক হাতের ন্যায়, আর কোন মুসলিমকে কাফিরের পরিবর্তে হত্যা করা যাবে না, আর নিজের ওয়াদার উপর স্থির কোন যিম্মীকে হত্যা করা যাবে না।
It was narrated that Abi Hassan said:"Ali said: 'The Messenger of Allah did not tell me anything that he did not tell the people, except what is in a sheet in the sheath of my word.' They did not leave him alone until he brought out the sheet, and in it (were the words): 'The lives of the believers are equal in value, and they hasten to support the asylum granted by the least of them, and they are one against others. But no believer may be killed in return for a disbeliever, nor one with a covenant while his covenant is in effect
