তিনি বলেন, যে ব্যাক্তি কোন মাল ক্রয় করার পর নিঃস্ব হয়ে যায়, আর তার নিকট বিক্রিত মাল তদবস্থায় পাওয়া যায়, তবে সে মালে অন্যান্য লোক অপেক্ষা বিক্রেতাই অধিক হকদার।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said:"If a person becomes bankrupt, then a man finds the goods that he sold to him with him, he has more right to them than anyone else
আবদুর রহমান ইবন খালিদ ও ইবরাহীম ইবন হাসান (রহঃ) ... আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যখন কোন ব্যক্তি নিঃস্ব হয়ে যায়, আর তার নিকট কারো বিক্রিত মাল হুবহু পাওয়া যায়, আর বিক্রেতা তা-চিনতে পারে, তবে তা সেই ব্যক্তিরই, যে তা বিক্রি করেছে।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah from the Prophet, that:if a man becomes bankrupt, then a specific item is found with him, and is recognized, then it belongs to the one who sold it to him
