أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرًا، يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ ضِرَابِ الْجَمَلِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَاءِ وَبَيْعِ الأَرْضِ لِلْحَرْثِ يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ أَرْضَهُ وَمَاءَهُ فَعَنْ ذَلِكَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
ইবরাহীম ইবন হাসান (রহঃ) ... জাবির (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ঊটের পাল দেওয়ার বিনিময় গ্রহণ করতে, পানি বিক্রয় করতে এবং কৃষিযোগ্য জমি বিক্রয় করতে নিষেধ করেছেন।
Jabir said:"The Messenger of Allah forbade charging stud fees for a camel, the sale of water, the renting of land for cultivation. Selling one's land and water, this is what the Prophet forbade
তিনি বলেন, কিলাব গোত্রের এক অংশ বনী সাকি-এর এক ব্যক্তি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট এসে নর ও মাদী পশুর পাল দেওয়ার বিনিময় সম্বন্ধে জিজ্ঞাসা করলে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে তা থেকে নিষেধ করেন। তখন সে ব্যক্তি বলেঃ এর বিনিময়ে আমাদেরকে সম্মান করা হয়।
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said:"A man from Banu As-Sa'q, one of Banu Kilab, came to the Messenger of Allah and asked him about charging stud fees for a stallion. He forbade him to do that, but he said: 'We give payment for that
কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... জাবির (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, তিনি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-ক্র মক্কা বিজয়ের দিন মক্কায় বলতে শোনেনঃ আল্লাহ এবং তাঁর রাসূল মদ, মৃত জন্তু, শূকর এবং মূর্তি বিক্রয় করতে নিষেধ করছেন। এক লোক জিজ্ঞাসা করলেনঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! মৃত জন্তুর চর্বি বিক্রয় সম্বন্ধে আপনি কী বলেন, যা দ্বারা নৌকা ইত্যাদি তৈলাক্ত করা হয় এবং চামড়ায় তেল লাগানো হয়, আর লোকে তার দ্বারা প্রদীপ জ্বালায়? রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ না, তা হারাম। এরপর তিনি বলেনঃ আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা ইয়াহূদীদের ধ্বংস করুন, যখন আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা তাদের উপর চর্বি হারাম করেন, তখন তারা তা গলিয়ে বিক্রয় করল এবং তার মূল্য ভোগ করল।
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that he heard the Messenger of Allah say, when he was in Makkah during the Year of the Conquest:"Allah and His Messenger have forbidden the sale of wine, dead animals, pigs and idols." It was said: "O messenger of Allah, what do you thing about the fat of the dead animal, for ships are caulked with it, skins are daubed with it and people use it in their lamps." He said: "No, it is Haram." And the Messenger of Allah then said: "My Allah curse the Jews, for when Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, forbade the meat (of dead animals) to them, they melted it down and sold it, and consumed its price
