أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ سَلَفٍ وَبَيْعٍ وَشَرْطَيْنِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَرِبْحِ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ .
ইসমাঈল ইবন মাসউদ (রহঃ) ... আমর ইবন শুআয়ব (রহঃ) তাঁর পিতা, তাঁর দাদা থেকে বর্ণনা করেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বিক্রয় ও ঋণ একত্র করতে এবং বিক্রয়ে দুটি শর্ত যোগ করতে এবং এমন বস্তুতে মুনাফা করতে নিষেধ করেছেন, যা তার দখলীভুক্ত নয়।
It was narrated from 'Amr bin shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that:the Messenger of Allah prohibited lending on the condition of a sale, or to have two conditions in one transaction, or to profit from what you do not posses
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর দুইখানা কিতরী চাদর ছিল, যখন তিনি তা গায়ে দিয়ে বসতেন এবং ঘামতেন, তখন ঐ চাদর তাঁর জন্য ভারি বােধ হতো। এ সময় শামদেশ হতে এক ইয়াহূদীর কাপড় আসলে আমি তাঁকে বললামঃ যদি আপনি তার নিকট কাউকে পাঠিয়ে দুইখানা চাদর এই শর্তে আনিয়ে নিতেন যে, যখন আপনার আর্থিক স্বচ্ছলতা আসবে, তখন তার মূল্য আদায় করে দিবেন। তিনি একজন লোককে সে ইয়াহূদীর নিকট পাঠালে সে বললোঃ আমি মুহাম্মদ এর মতলব বুঝতে পেরেছি। তিনি আমার মাল অথবা আমার চাদর দুইখানা আত্মসাৎ করতে চান। একথা শুনে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ সে মিথ্যা বলেছে এবং সে ভালরূপেই অবগত আছে যে, আমি আল্লাহ তা'আলাকে অধিক ভয় করে থাকি। আর আমি সকলের চেয়ে অধিক আমানত আদায় করে থাকি।
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:"The Messenger of Allah was wearing two Qitri garments which, if he sat and sweated, would become heavy (and uncomfortable). A Jewish man got some fabric from Ash-sham so I said: 'Why don't you send word to him to buy two garments from him, and pay him when things get easier?' So he sent word to him, but he said: 'I know what Muhammad wants; he wants to go away with my money and take them (the two garments).' The Messenger of Allah said; 'He is lying; he knows that I am one of the ones who fear Allah the most, and are most honest in fulfilling trusts
যিয়াদ ইবন আইয়ুব (রহঃ) ... আবদুল্লাহ ইবন আমর (রাঃ) বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ ঋণ ও বিক্রি একত্র করা বৈধ হবে না, আর একই বিক্রয়ে দুই শর্তও বৈধ নয়। আর যে বস্তু অধিকারে নেই তা দ্বারা মুনাফা করাও বৈধ নয়।
Amr bin shu'aib said:"My father told me, mar rating from his father, from his father (and he mentioned 'Abdullah bin 'Amr) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah said: "It is not permissible to lend on the condition of a sale, or to stipulate two conditions in one transaction, or to make a profit on that which you do not possess
