রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি ফল বিক্রয় করে, এরপর দুর্যোগ কবলিত হয়, তাহলে সে তার মুসলিম ভাই হতে এর মূল্য গ্রহণ করবে না। তারপর তিনি বললেনঃ কিসের বিনিময়ে তোমাদের কেউ তার মুসলিম ভাই হতে তার মাল গ্রহণ করবে?
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah said:"Whoever sells fruit then his crop fails, he should not take (anything) from his brother." (And he said something along the lines of) "Why would anyone of you consume the wealth of his Muslim brother?
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সময় এক ব্যক্তি যে ফল ক্রয় করেছিল, তা নষ্ট হয়ে গেল। ফলে সে অধিক করযদার হয়ে গেল। তখন রাসূলুল্লাহসাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ তোমরা তাকে দান কর। তখন লোক তাকে দান করলো কিন্তু এতেও তার কর পরিশোকরধ হলো না। তখন রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম পাওনাদারদের বললেনঃ যা পেয়েছ, তাই নিয়ে নাও। এর অধিক আর পাবে না।
it was narrated that Abu Sa' eed Al-Khudri said:"At the time of the Messenger of Allah, a ma suffered loss of some fruit that he had purchased, and his debts increased. The Messenger of Allah said: 'give him charity.' So the people gave him charity, but that was not enough to pay of his debts. The Messenger of Allah said: "Take what you find but you have no right to or than that
ইবরাহীম ইবন হাসান (রহঃ) ... জাবির (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যদি তুমি তোমার কোন মুসলিম ভাইয়ের নিকট ফল বিক্রি কর, পরে যদি তা দুর্যোগ কবলিত হয়, তবে তোমার জন্য বৈধ হবে না যে, তুমি তার নিকট হতে মূল্য আদায় করবে। তার প্রাপ্য তাকে না দিয়ে কিসের বিনিময়ে তুমি মূল্য গ্রহণ করবে?
Jabir said:"The Messenger of Allah said: "If you sell fruits to your brother then the crop fails, it is not permissible for you it takes anything from him. Why would you take the wealth of your brother unlawfully?
