It was narrated from Tariq bin Shaihab that a man became Junub and did not pray. He came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and told him about that, and he said:"You did the right thing." Then another man became Junub so he performed Tayammum and prayed. He came (to the Prophet (ﷺ)) who said to him what he had said to the other man- meaning, "You did the right thing
। মুসলিম ইবনু আমর ইবনু মুসলিম (রহঃ) ... আবূ সাঈদ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। দুই ব্যাক্তি তায়াম্মুম করে সালাত আদায় করল। পরবর্তীতে সালাতের সময় থাকতেই তারা পানি প্রাপ্ত হল। তাদের একজন উযূ (ওজু/অজু/অযু) করে তার সালাত ওয়াক্তের মধ্যেই আদায় করল। দ্বিতীয় ব্যাক্তি পুনরায় আদায় করল না। তারা উভয়েই এ ব্যাপারে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে প্রশ্ন করল। যে ব্যাক্তি পুনরায় সালাত আদায় করেনি, তিনি তাকে বললেনঃ তুমি বিধান মত কাজ করেছ। তোমার সালাত তোমার জন্য যথেষ্ট হয়েছে। অন্য বক্তিকে বললেনঃ তোমার জন্য উভয় কাজের সওয়াব রয়েছে।
It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed that two men performed Tayammum and prayed, then they found water when there was still time left for prayer. One of them performed Wudu' and repeated the prayer, and the other did not. They asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about that and he said to the one who did not repeat the prayer:"You followed the Sunnah and your prayer is acceptable." And he said to the other: "And you will have something like the reward of two prayers
أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ تَذَاكَرَ عَلِيٌّ وَالْمِقْدَادُ وَعَمَّارٌ فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ إِنِّي امْرَؤٌ مَذَّاءٌ وَإِنِّي أَسْتَحِي أَنْ أَسْأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِمَكَانِ ابْنَتِهِ مِنِّي فَيَسْأَلُهُ أَحَدُكُمَا فَذَكَرَ لِي أَنَّ أَحَدَهُمَا وَنَسِيتُهُ سَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " ذَاكَ الْمَذْىُ إِذَا وَجَدَهُ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَغْسِلْ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ وَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلاَةِ أَوْ كَوُضُوءِ الصَّلاَةِ " .
। আলী ইবনু মায়মূন (রহঃ) ... ইবনু আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। আলী, মিকদাদ এবং আম্মার (রাঃ) আলাপ করছিলেন, আলী (রাঃ) বললেনঃ আমি একজন এমন ব্যাক্তি যার অত্যধিক মযী নির্গত হয়, কিন্তু এ ব্যাপারে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে জিজ্ঞাসা করতে আমি লজ্জাবোধ করি। যেহেতু তাঁর কন্যা আমার সহধর্মিণী। অতএব তোমাদের একজন তাঁকে জিজ্ঞাসা কর, তাঁদের একজন জিজ্ঞাসা করলেন। কে জিজ্ঞাসা করেছিলেন, তা ভুলে গিয়েছি। রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ তা মযী। যখন কারও তা নির্গত হয়, তখন সে তার ঐ স্থান ধুয়ে ফেলবে এবং সালাতের উযূর ন্যায় উযূ (ওজু/অজু/অযু) করবে অথবা তিনি বলেছেনঃ সালাতের উযূর ন্যায়।
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:"Ali, Al-Miqdad and 'Ammar were talking. 'Ali said: 'I am a man who emits a lot of Madhi but I am too shy to ask the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about that because of his daughter's position with me, so let one of you ask him.' He told me that one of them - but I forgot who - asked him, and the Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'That is Madhi. If any one of you notices that, let him wash it off himself and perform Wudu' as for prayer or similar to the Wudu' of prayer
