মুহাম্মাদ ইবন সালামা ও হারিস ইবন মিসকীন (রহঃ) ... উবাদা ইবন সামিত (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট শপথ গ্রহণ করলাম অনুকূল-প্রতিকূল সুখে-দুঃখে সর্বাবস্থায় অনুগত থাকার, উপযুক্ত নেতার বিরোধিতা না করার এবং এই বিষয়ের উপর যে, আমরা যেখানেই থাকি না কেন সত্য বলব কিংবা সত্যের উপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত থাকবো। আর আমরা কোন তিরস্কারকারীর তিরস্কারকে ভয় করবো না।
It was narrated that 'Ubadah said:"We pledged to the Messenger of Allah to hear and obey both in times of hardship and ease, when we felt energetic and when we felt tired, that we would not contend with the orders of whomever was entrusted with it, that we would speak the truth or stand firm in the way of truth wherever we may be, and that we would not fear the blame of the blamers
তিনি বলেন, আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর হাতে আনুগত্যের শপথ করলাম প্রত্যেক অনুকূল ও প্রতিকূল অবস্থায়। অতঃপর পূর্বের অনুরূপ।
It was narrated that 'Ubadah bin As-Samit said:"We pledged to the Messenger of Allah to hear and obey, both in times of hardship and ease." And he mentioned similarly
তিনি বলেন, আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট বায়আত করলাম অনুকূল-প্রতিকূল এবং সুখে-দুঃখে সর্বাবস্থায় আনুগত্য প্রদর্শনের। আর যিনি আমাদের মধ্যে শাসক নিযুক্ত হবেন তার সাথে বিরোধ না করার এবং আমরা যেখানেই থাকি না কেন, সদা সত্য কথা বলার।
It was narrated from 'Ubadah bin Al-Walid bin 'Ubadah bin As-Samit, frim this father, that his grandfather said:"We pledged to the Messenger of Allah to hear and obey both in times of hardship and ease, when we felt energetic and when we felt tired, and when others are preferred over us, that we would not contend with the orders of whomever was entrusted with it, and that we would speak the truth wherever we may be
তিনি বলেন, আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট শপথ করলাম, তাঁর কথা শ্রবণ করা এবং আনুগত্য করার উপর প্রত্যেক অনুকূল এবং প্রতিকূল অবস্থায় এবং সুখে-দুঃখে সর্বাবস্থায়। আর ক্ষমতার ব্যাপারে যথােপযুক্ত লোকের সংগে বিরোধে লিপ্ত হবে না। আর যেখানেই থাকি না কেন, আমরা সত্যের উপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত থাকবে এবং আমরা কোন নিন্দুকের নিন্দার পরওয়া করবো না।
