أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنْ ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَوْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، يَخْطُبُ - وَكَانَ قَلِيلَ الْحَدِيثِ - عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَخْطُبُ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " كُلُّ ذَنْبٍ عَسَى اللَّهُ أَنْ يَغْفِرَهُ إِلاَّ الرَّجُلُ يَقْتُلُ الْمُؤْمِنَ مُتَعَمِّدًا أَوِ الرَّجُلُ يَمُوتُ كَافِرًا " .
মুহাম্মাদ ইবন মুসান্না (রহঃ) ... আবু ইদরীস (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি মুআবিয়া (রাঃ)-কে খুতবা দিতে শুনেছি, আর তিনি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হতে অতি অল্পই হাদীস বর্ণনা করেছেন। খুতবায় তিনি বলেনঃ আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছি, প্রত্যেক গুনাহ আশা করা যায় আল্লাহ্ তা ক্ষমা করবেন, তবে ঐ ব্যক্তির গুনাহ ব্যতীত, যে ইচ্ছা করে কোন মুসলিমকে হত্যা করে অথবা কাফির হয়ে মৃত্যুবরণ করে।
It was narrated that Abu Idris said:"I heard Mu'awiyah delivering the Khutbah, and he narrated a few Hadiths from the Messenger of Allah [SAW]." He said: "I heard him delivering a Khutbah and he said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: Every sin may be forgiven by Allah except a man who kills a believer deliberately, or a man who dies as a disbeliever
হারূন ইবন আবদুল্লাহ (রহঃ) ... উমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ আমাকে লোকের সাথে যুদ্ধ করতে আদেশ করা হয়েছে, যে পর্যন্ত না তারা সাক্ষ্য দেয়— “আল্লাহ ছাড়া কোন ইলাহ নেই।” এরপর তাদের জানমাল আমাদের জন্য হারাম হয়ে যাবে, তবে এর হক ব্যতীত।
It was narrated from An-Nu'man bin Salim that:'Amr bin Aws told him that his father Aws said: "The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'I have been commanded to fight the people until they bear witness to La ilaha illallah (there is none worthy of worship except Allah), then their blood and their wealth become forbidden to me, except for a right that is due
আমর ইবন আলী (রহঃ) ... আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, অন্যায়ভাবে যে ব্যক্তিকেই হত্যাই করা হোক না কেন, তার রক্তের একাংশ আদম (আঃ)-এর প্রথম পুত্র কাবিলের উপর বর্তায়। কেননা সে-ই সর্বপ্রথম তার ভাই হাবিলকে হত্যা করে রক্তপাতের রীতি প্রবর্তন করেছে।
It was narrated from 'Abdullah that:The Prophet [SAW] said: "No person is killed wrongfully, but a share of responsibility for his blood will be upon the first son of Adam, because he was the first one to set the precedence, of killing
মুহাম্মাদ ইবন বাশশার ... নু'মান ইবন সালিম (রহঃ) বলেন, আমি আওস (রাঃ)-কে বলতে শুনেছি যে, আমি সাকীফ গোত্রের একটি প্রতিনিধি দলের সাথে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট আগমন করলাম। আমি তাঁর সঙ্গে একটি তাঁবুতে ছিলাম। আমি এবং তিনি ব্যতীত তাঁবুর সকলেই ঘুমিয়ে পড়লো। এমন সময় এক ব্যক্তি এসে তার সঙ্গে গোপনে কিছু বললে, তিনি বললেনঃ যাও, তাকে হত্যা কর। এরপর তিনি বললেনঃ সেকি একথার সাক্ষ্য দান করে না যে, আল্লাহ ব্যতীত কোন ইলাহ নেই এবং আমি আল্লাহর রাসূল? সে ব্যক্তি বললোঃ সে এরূপ বলে। তখন তিনি বললেনঃ তাকে ছেড়ে দাও। এরপর তিনি বললেনঃ আমাকে লোকের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ করার আদেশ দান করা হয়েছে, যতক্ষণ না তারা 'লা ইলাহা ইল্লাল্লাহ্' বলে। যখন তারা এরূপ বলবে, তখন তাদের জানমাল আমার থেকে নিরাপদ হবে, তবে এর হক ব্যতীত। রাবী মুহাম্মদ (রহঃ) বলেন, আমি শুবা (রহঃ)-কে বললামঃ তারা কি এই সাক্ষ্য দেয় না যে, “আল্লাহ ব্যতীত কোন ইলাহ নেই এবং আমি আল্লাহর রাসূল”— এই কথাটি কি এই হাদীসের অংশ নয়? তিনি বললেনঃ আমি মনে করি এটিও এই হাদীসের অংশ, কিন্তু আমার জানা নেই।
It was narrated that An-Nu'man bin Salim said:"I heard Aws say: 'I came to the Messenger of Allah [SAW] among the delegation of Thaqif and I was with him in a tent. Everyone in the tent had gone to sleep except him and I. A man came and whispered to him, and he said: Go and kill him. Then he said: Does he not bear witness to La ilaha illallah (there is none worthy of worship except Allah) and that I am the Messenger of Allah? He said: He does bear witness to that. The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: Leave him alone. Then he said: I have been commanded to fight the people until they say La ilaha illallah. If they say it, then their blood and their wealth become forbidden to me, except for a right that is due. (One of the narrators) Muhammad said: I said to Shu'bah: 'Doesn't the Hadith contain: Does he not testify to La ilaha illallah (there is none worthy of worship except Allah) and that I am the Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'I think it is both, but I do not know
