আব্দুল হামিদ ইবন মুহাম্মদ (রহঃ) ... জাবির (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, তাঁর খালাকে তালাক দেওয়ার পর তিনি তার খেজুর বাগানে যেতে চাইলেন। পথে এক ব্যক্তির সাথে তার সাক্ষাৎ হলে সে তাকে সেখানে যেতে নিষেধ করলো। তিনি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট গেলে, তিনি বললেনঃ তুমি গিয়ে তোমার খেজুর নিয়ে এসো। হয়তো তুমি সাদকা করবে এবং মানুষের উপকারের জন্য দিয়ে দেবে।
It was narrated from Jabir that his maternal aunt was divorced, and she wanted to go out to some date palms of hers, but she met a man who told her not to do that. She went to the Messenger of Allah and he said:"Go out and take the harvest of your date palms, for perhaps you will give Zakah or do some good (give voluntary charity)
আবু বকর ইবন ইসহাক সাগানী (রহঃ) ... শা'বী (রহঃ) সূত্রে ফাতিমা বিনূত কায়স (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমাকে আমার স্বামী তালাক দিল, আমি তার ঘর থেকে চলে যাওয়ার ইচ্ছায় রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত হলাম। তিনি বললেন, তুমি তোমার চাচাত ভাই আমর ইবন উম্মে মাকতুমের ঘরে গিয়ে সেখানে তোমার ইদ্দত পূর্ণ করা। একথা শুনে আসওয়াদ তাঁকে পাথর দ্বারা আঘাত করে বললেনঃ আপনার ধ্বংস হোক। আপনি এরূপ কথা কোন বর্ণনা করছেন? উমর (রাঃ) বললেন, যদি তুমি দুইজন সাক্ষী আনো, যারা এই সাক্ষ্য দিবে যে, আমরা ইহা রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হতে শুনেছি; তাহলে আমি তোমার কথা গ্রহণ করবো। তা-না হলে আমরা একজন মহিলার কথায় আল্লাহর কিতাব ছাড়তে পারি না, আল্লাহর কিতাবে নির্দেশ আছেঃ "ঐ সকল মহিলাদেরকে তাদের ঘর হতে বের করো না, আর তারাও যেন বের না হয়; যদি না তারা প্ৰকাশ্য অশ্লীলতার কাজে লিপ্ত হয়।
It was narrated that Fatimah bint Qais said:"My husband divorced me and I wanted to move, so I went to the Messenger of Allah and he said: 'Move to the house of your paternal cousin 'Amr bin Umm Maktum, and observe your 'Iddah there.'" Al-Aswad hit him (Ash-Sha'bi) with a pebble and said: "Woe be to you! Why do you issue such a Fatwa? 'Umar said: 'If you bring two witnesses who will testify that they heard that from the Messenger of Allah (we will believe you), otherwise, we will not leave the Book of Allah for the word of a woman.' 'And turn them not out of their (husband's) homes nor shall they (themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open Fahishah
আহমদ ইবন আবদুল্লাহ্ ইবন হাকাম (রহঃ) ... আবু বকর ইবন হাফস (রহঃ) বলেনঃ আমি এবং আবু সালামা ফাতিমা বিনত কায়সের নিকট গেলাম। ফাতিমা বললেন, আমার স্বামী আমাকে তালাক দেয়, কিন্তু আমার জন্য থাকার ঘর ও খোরপোষের ব্যবস্থা করেনি। তিনি বলেন, সে তার চাচাতো ভাইয়ের নিকট আমার জন্য দশ কাফীয রাখল। এর পাঁচ কাফীয ছিল যব, আর পাঁচ কাফীয ছিল খেজুর। এরপর আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত হয়ে তা উল্লেখ করলাম। তিনি বললেনঃ সে যা বলেছে সত্যই বলেছে। তিনি আমাকে আদেশ করলেন, আমি যেন অমুকের ঘরে আমার ইদ্দত পূৰ্ণ করি। তার স্বামী তাকে বায়িন তালাক দিয়েছিল।
It was narrated that Abu Bakr bin Hafs said:Abu Salamah and I entered upon Fatimah bint Qais, who said: "My husband divorced me and he did not give me any accommodation or maintenance." She said: "He left with me ten measures (Aqfizah) (of food) with a cousin of his: Five of barley and five of dates. I went to the Messenger of Allah and told him about that. He said: 'He has spoken the truth.' And he told me to observe my 'Iddah in the house of so-and-so." And her husband had divorced her irrevocably
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مَاهَانَ، - بَصْرِيٌّ - عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَيَّارٌ، وَحُصَيْنٌ، وَمُغِيرَةُ، وَدَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، وَذَكَرَ، آخَرِينَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ فَسَأَلْتُهَا عَنْ قَضَاءِ، رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَتْ طَلَّقَهَا زَوْجُهَا الْبَتَّةَ فَخَاصَمَتْهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةِ قَالَتْ فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِي سُكْنَى وَلاَ نَفَقَةً وَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَعْتَدَّ فِي بَيْتِ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ .
ইয়াকুব ইবন হামান (রহঃ) ... শা'বী (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেনঃ ফাতিমা বিনত কায়স আমার নিকট আসলে আমি তাঁর নিকট তার ব্যাপারে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর ফয়সালার কথা জিজ্ঞাসা করলাম। তিনি বললেন, তাঁর স্বামী তাকে তিন তালাক দেন। আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট তার উকীলের সাথে তর্ক করলাম এবং আমি ঘর এবং খরচাদির জন্য কথাবার্তা বললাম। ফাতিমা (রাঃ) বলেনঃ তিনি আমার জন্য ঘর, খরচাদি দেওয়ার কথা বললেন না। আর তিনি আমাকে ইবন উম্মে মাকতুমের ঘরে ইদ্দত পূর্ণ করার আদেশ দেন।
It was narrated that Ash-Sha'bi said:"I came to Fatimah bint Qais and asked her about the ruling of the Messenger of Allah concerning her. She said that her husband divorced her irrevocably, and she referred her dispute with him, concerning accommodation and maintenance, to the Messenger of Allah. She said: 'He did not give me (the right to) accommodation and maintenance, and he told me to observe my 'Iddah in the house of Ibn Umm Maktum
