মুহাম্মদ ইবন রাফে' (রহঃ) ... ফাতিমা বিনত কায়স (রাঃ) বলেন, তিনি আবু আমর ইবন হাফস (রাঃ) এর বিবাহাধীনে ছিলেন। তিনি ফাতিমাকে তিন তালাক দেন। ফাতিমা (রাঃ) বলেন, এরপর আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত হয়ে নিজের ঘর হতে বের হওয়ার অনুমতি চাইলাম। রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে নিজের ঘর থেকে ইবন উম্মে মাকতুমের ঘরে যাওয়ার অনুমতি দিলেন। রাবী বলেনঃ মারওয়ান ইবন হাকাম এই মাসআলা অস্বীকার করেন এবং ফাতিমাকে তিনি এই বর্ণনায় সত্যবাদী মনে করেন না। আর উরওয়া (রহঃ) বলেন, আয়েশা (রাঃ)-ও ফাতিমা (রাঃ)-এর কথা অস্বীকার করেন।
It was narrated from Abu Salamah bin 'Abdur-Rahman that Fatimah bint Qais told him that she was married to Abu 'Amr bin Hafs bin Al-Mughirah, who divorced her by giving her the last of three divorces. Fatimah said that she came to the Messenger of Allah and consulted him about leaving her house. He told her to move to the house of Ibn Umm Maktum, the blind man. আব্দুল হামিদ ইবন মুহাম্মদ (রহঃ) ... আবদুর রহমান ইবন আসিম (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, ফাতিমা বিনত কায়স (রাঃ) তাকে সংবাদ দিয়েছেন, তিনি মাখযুম গোত্রের এক ব্যক্তির স্ত্রী ছিলেন, যিনি তাকে তিন তালাক দেন এবং কোন যুদ্ধে গমন করেন। আর তিনি নিজের উকীলের নিকট বলে যানঃ তুমি তাকে কিছু খরচ দিয়ে দিও। সেই উকীল তাকে কিছু দিল। কিন্তু ফাতিমা (রাঃ) তা কম মনে করে ফিরিয়ে দিলেন এবং তিনি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর কোন সহধর্মিণীর নিকট গমন করেন। এমন সময় রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ঘরে প্রবেশ করেন, তখন ঐ মহিলা ঐ ঘরে ছিলেন। তিনি বললেনঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ্! আমি ফাতিমা বিনত কায়স! আমাকে অমুক ব্যক্তি তালাক দিয়েছে। আর অমুকের মারফত আমার খরচ পাঠিয়েছে। আমি একে সামান্য মনে করে তা ফিরিয়ে দিয়েছি। সে বলে, এতটুকু দেয়াও আমার ইহসান। তিনি বললেনঃ সে ব্যক্তি ঠিকই বলেছে। এখন তুমি উম্মে কুলসুমের কাছে গিয়ে তোমার ইদ্দত পূর্ণ করা। এরপর তিনি আবার বললেন, উম্মে কুলসুমের ঘরে লোকের যাতায়াত অধিক হয়। অতএব তুমি এখন আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উম্মে মাকতুমের কাছে গিয়ে থাক। কেননা, ঐ ব্যক্তি অন্ধ। ফাতিমা (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ)-এর নিকট চলে গেলাম এবং সেখানে আমার ইদ্দত পূর্ণ করলাম। আমার ইদ্দতের সময় পূর্ণ হলে আবু জাহম এবং মুআবিয়া ইবন আবু সুফিয়ান বিয়ের প্রস্তাব পাঠালে আমি পুনরায় রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত হয়ে উক্ত দুই ব্যক্তি সম্বন্ধে পরামর্শ নিলাম। তিনি বললেনঃ আমি তো তোমার জন্য জাহামের লাঠির ভয় করি, আর মুআবিয়া তো গরীব লোক। ফাতিমা (রাঃ) বলেন, এ কথা শুনে আমি উসামা ইবন যায়ীদ (রাঃ)-কে বিবাহ করলাম।
Abdur-Rahman bin 'Asim narrated that Fatimah bint Qais -who was married to a man of Banu Makhzum- told him that he divorced her three times. He went out on a military campaign and told his representative to give her some provision. She thought it was too little, so she went to one of the wives of the Prophet, and the Messenger of Allah came in while she was with her. She said:"O Messenger of Allah, this is Fatimah bint Qais who has been divorced by so-and-so. He sent her some provision but she rejected it. He said that it was something he did not have to do (a favor)." He said: "He is telling the truth." The Prophet said: "Go to Umm Kulthum and observe your 'Iddah in her house." Then he said: "Umm Kulthum is a woman who has a lot of visitors. Go to 'Abdullah bin Umm Maktum for he is blind." So she went to 'Abdullah and observed her 'Iddah in his house, until her 'Iddah was over. Then Abu Al-Jahm and Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan proposed to her. So she came to the Messenger of Allah to consult him about them. He said: "As for Abu Al-Jahm, he is a man the waving of whose stick I fear for you. And as for Mu'awiyah he is a man who does not have any money." So she married Usamah bin Zaid after that
মুহাম্মদ ইবন মুছান্না (রহঃ) ... ফাতিমা বিনত কায়স (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি বললামঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ্! আমার স্বামী আমাকে তিন তালাক দিয়েছে; এখন আমার ভয় হয়, আমার নিকট কোন চোর আসতে পারে। তখন তিনি তাকে সেখান থেকে অন্যত্র যাওয়ার অনুমতি দিলেন।
Hisham narrated from his father that Fatimah said:"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! My husband has divorced me three times and I am afraid that my house be broken into.' So he told her to move
কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... ইকরামা (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, তিনি বলেন, (وَالَّذِينَ يُتَوَفَّوْنَ مِنْكُمْ وَيَذَرُونَ أَزْوَاجًا وَصِيَّةً لِأَزْوَاجِهِمْ مَتَاعًا إِلَى الْحَوْلِ غَيْرَ إِخْرَاجٍ) আয়াতটি (وَالَّذِينَ يُتَوَفَّوْنَ مِنْكُمْ وَيَذَرُونَ أَزْوَاجًا يَتَرَبَّصْنَ بِأَنْفُسِهِنَّ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا) আয়াত দ্বারা রহিত হয়ে গেছে।
It was narrated from 'Ikrimah with regard to the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime:"And those of you who die and leave behind wives should bequeath for their wives a year's maintenance and residence without turning them out," that he said: "This was abrogated by: 'And those of you who die and leave wives behind them, they (the wives) shall wait (as regards their marriage) for four months and ten days
