আমর ইবন আলী (রহঃ) ... হাসান এবং আব্দুল্লাহ নামক মুহাম্মদের পুত্রদ্বয় তাদের পিতার মাধ্যমে বর্ণনা করেন, আলী (রাঃ)-এর নিকট সংবাদ পৌঁছালো যে, এক ব্যক্তি মুতআ কোন প্রকার ক্ষতি মনে করে না, তখন তিনি বললেনঃ তুমি একজন পথভ্রষ্ট লোক। রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে তা হতে নিষেধ করেছেন এবং গৃহপালিত গাধার গোশত হতে, খায়বারের দিন।
It was narrated from Al-Hasan and 'Abdullah, the sons of Muhammad, from their father, that 'Ali heard that a man did not see anything wrong with Mut'ah (temporary marriage). He said:"You are confused, the Messenger of Allah forbade it, and the meat of domestic donkeys on the day of Khaibar
মুহাম্মদ ইবন আব্দুল্লাহ ইবন বযী (রহঃ) ... সালামা ইবন মুহাব্বাক (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, এক ব্যক্তি তার স্ত্রীর বাঁদীর সাথে সহবাস করলো, এ সংবাদ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট পৌঁছলে তিনি বললেনঃ যদি ঐ ব্যক্তি তাকে বল প্রয়োগ করে থাকে, তবে ঐ বাঁদী ঐ ব্যক্তির মাল দ্বারা মুক্ত হয়ে যাবে, এবং তার উপর ঐ বাঁদীর মালিকের জন্য এমন একটি বাদী দেয়া ওয়াজিব হবে।
It was narrated from Salamah bin Al-Muhabbaq that a man had intercourse with a slave woman belonging to his wife, and was brought to the Messenger of Allah. He said:"If he forced her, then she is free at his expense and he has to give her mistress a similar slave as a replacement. If she obeyed him in that, then she belongs to her mistress, and he has to give her mistress a similar slave as well
মুহাম্মাদ ইবন সালামা এবং হারিস ইবন মিসকীন (রহঃ) ... আলী ইবন আবূ তালিব (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম খায়বারের দিন নারীদের সাথে মুত'আ করা এবং গৃহপালিত গাধার গোশত নিষেধ করেছেন।
It was narrated from 'Abdullah and Al-Hasan, the sons of Muhammad bin 'Ali, from their father, from 'Ali bin Abi Talib, that the Messenger of Allah on the Day of Khaibar forbade temporary marriage to women, and (he also forbade) the meat of tame donkeys
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ঐ ব্যক্তির ব্যাপারে ফয়সালা দিয়েছিলেন, যে ব্যক্তি তার স্ত্রীর বাঁদীর সাথে সঙ্গমে লিপ্ত হয়েছে, যদি সে ব্যক্তি তার প্রতি বল প্রয়োগ করে থাকে, তবে এ বাঁদী আযাদ হয়ে যাবে এবং ঐ ব্যক্তির উপর ঐ বৗদীর মালিককে এর মত আর একটি দিতে হবে। আর যদি ঐ বাঁদী, ঐ ব্যক্তির অনুগত হয়ে থাকে তা হলে ঐ বাঁদী ঐ ব্যক্তিরই হয়ে যাবে। সে ব্যক্তির উপর ঐ বাঁদীর মালিককে আর একটা বাঁদী দেয়া গুয়াজিব হবে।
It was narrated that Salamah bin Al-Muhabbaq said:"The Prophet passed judgment concerning a man who had intercourse with his wife's slave woman: 'If he forced her, then she is free, and he has to give her mistress a similar slave as a replacement; if she obeyed him in that, then she belongs to him, and he has to give her mistress a similar slave as a replacement
