। আব্বাস ইবনু আবদুল আযীয আম্বারী (রহঃ) ... আম্মার ইবনু ইয়াসির (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেনঃ আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সাথে মাটি দ্বারা তায়ম্মুম করলাম। এতে আমাদের চেহারা এবং কাঁধ পর্যন্ত আমাদের হাত মাসেহ করেছিলাম।
It was narrated that 'Ammar bin Yasir said:"We did Tayammum with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) using dust, and we wiped our faces and our arms up to the shoulders
। মুহাম্মদ ইবনু ইয়াহিয়া ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ (রহঃ) ... আম্মার (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম শেষরাতে উলাতুল জায়শ নামক স্থানে যাত্রা বিরতি দিলেন। আর তার সঙ্গে ছিলেন তার সহধর্মিণী আয়িশা (রাঃ)। তার ইয়ামানী মোতির হার হারিয়ে গেলে এর তালাশে সমস্ত লোক আটকা পড়ল। অবশেষে ভোর হয়ে গেল অথচ লোকদের পানি ছিল না। যদ্দরুন আবূ বকর (রাঃ) তার উপর রাগান্বিত হয়ে বললেনঃ তুমি লোকদের আটকিয়ে রেখেছ অথচ তাদের সাথে পানি নেই। তখন আল্লাহ তা'আলা তায়াম্মুম করার অনুমতি সংক্রান্ত আয়াত নাযিল করলেন। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, তখন মুমিনগণ রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সঙ্গে উঠে মাটিতে নিজেদের হাত মারলেন আর তাদের হাত উঠালেন এবং হাত থেকে মাটি একটুও ঝাড়লেন না, বরং তা দ্বারা তাদের চেহারা ও হাত (উপরের দিক থেকে) কাঁধ পর্যন্ত মাসেহ করলেন আর তাদের হাতের নিচ দিক থেকে বগল পর্যন্ত মাসেহ করলেন।
It was narrated that 'Ammar said:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stopped to rest at the end of the night in Uwlat Al-Jaish. His wife 'Aishah was with him and her necklace of Zifar beads [1] broke and fell. The army was detained looking for that necklace of hers until the break of the light of dawn and the people had no water with them. Abu Bakr got angry with her and said: 'You have detained the people and they do not have any water.' Then Allah the Mighty and Sublime revealed the concession allowing Tayammum with clean earth. So the Muslims got up with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and struck with their hands, then they raised their hands and did not strike them together to knock off any dust, then they wiped their faces and arms up to the shoulders, and from the inner side of their of their arms up to the armpits." । মুহাম্মদ ইবনু বাশশার (রহঃ) ... আবদুর রহমান ইবনু আবযা (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেনঃ আমরা উমার (রাঃ) নিকট ছিলাম। তার কাছে এক ব্যাক্তি এসে বলল, হে আমীরুল মুমিনীন! অনেক সময় আমরা এক মাস বা দুই মাস পর্যন্ত কোথাও অবস্থান করি আর আমরা পানি পাই না। উমার (রাঃ) বললেন, আমি পানি না পেলে সালাত আদায় করবার নই, যাবৎ না পানি পাই। তখন আম্মার ইবনু ইয়াসির (রাঃ) বললেনঃ হে আমীরুল মুমিনীন! আপনার মনে আছে কি, যখন আমরা অমুক অমুক স্থানে ছিলাম আর আমরা উট চরাতাম, আপনি জানেন যে আমরা জানবাতগ্রস্ত হলাম। তিনি বললেন, হ্যাঁ। তখন আমি মাটিতে গড়াগড়ি দিলাম। পরে আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট আসলে তিনি হেসে বললেনঃ মাটই তোমার জন্য যথেষ্ট ছিল, আর তিনি উভয় হাত মাটিতে মারলেন এবং তাতে ফুঁ দিলেন। তারপর তিনি তার চেহারা আর উভয় হাতের কিয়দংশ মসেহ করলেন। উমর (রাঃ) বললেনঃ হে আম্মার! আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। আম্মার বললেনঃ হে আমীরুল মুমিনীন! যদি আপনি চান আমি এটা বর্ণনা করব না। উমর (রাঃ) বললেনঃ না। কিন্তু আমার নিকট যা বর্ণনা করলে, এর দায়িত্বভার আমি তোমার উপর অর্পণ করলাম (তাই হাদিস বর্ণনায় সাবধানতা অবলম্বনের জন্য এটা বললাম)।
It was narrated that 'Abddur-Rahman bin Abza said:"We were with 'Umar when a man came to him and said: 'O Commander of the Believers! sometimes we stay for a month or two without finding any water. Umar said: As if I did not find water, I would not pray until I found water.' 'Ammar bin Yasir said: 'Do you remember, O Commander of the Believer, when you were in such and such a place and we were rearing the camels, and you know that we became Junub?' He said: 'Yes.' 'As for me I rolled in the dust, then we came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and he laughed and said: "Clean earth would have been sufficient for you." And he struck his hands on the earth then blew on them, then he wiped his face and part of his forearms. He ('Umar) said: "Fear Allah, O 'Ammar!'" He said: 'O Commander of the Believers! If you wish I will not mention it.' He said: 'No, we will let you bear the burden of what you took upon yourself
। মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু উবায়দ ইবনু মুহাম্মদ (রহঃ) ... আম্মার ইবনু ইয়াসির (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেনঃ একবার আমি জুনুবী হয়ে পড়লাম, তখন আমি ছিলাম উট পালের মধ্যে। এসময়ে আমি পানি পেলাম না। তখন আমি চতুষ্পদ জন্তুর ন্যায় মাটিতে গড়াগড়ি দিলাম। তারপর রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত হয়ে তাকে এই সংবাদ জানালাম। এ রকম না করে বরং তায়াম্মুম করাই তোমার জন্য যথেষ্ট ছিল।
It was narrated that 'Ammar bin Yasir said:"I became Junub while I was on a camel and I could not find any water, so I rolled in the dust like an animal. I came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and told him about that, and he said: 'Tayammum would have been sufficient for you
