ইবরাহীম ইন ইয়াকূব (রহঃ) ... ইবন উমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে বর্ণনা করেন, যা তিনি তাঁর রব থেকে বর্ণনা করেন যে, আল্লাহ তা'আলা বলেনঃ আমার যে বান্দা আমার সন্তুষ্টি লাভের জন্য আল্লাহর রাস্তায় জিহাদে বের হয়েছে; আমার জিম্মায় রইলো- আমি তাকে ফিরিয়ে আনবাে। যদি আমি তাকে ফিরিয়ে আনি, তা হলে আমি তাকে ফিরিয়ে আনব তার পুণ্য ও গনীমতের সম্পদসহ, আর যদি আমি তাকে ওফাত দেই, তাহলে আমি তাকে ক্ষমা করে দেব এবং তার প্রতি রহমত করব।
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet (ﷺ), of what he related from his Lord, the Mighty and Sublime:"And of My slaves who goes out as a Mujahid striving in the cause of Allah, seeking my pleasure, I guarantee that I will bring him back with whatever he had earned as reward or spoils of war, and if I take his (soul) I will forgive him and have mercy on him
মুহাম্মদ ইবন আব্দুল্লাহ ইবন ইয়াযিদ (রহঃ) ... আব্দুল্লাহ ইবন আমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম -কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ যে বাহিনী আল্লাহর রাস্তায় জিহাদ করে, আর তারা গনীমত প্রাপ্ত হয়, তাদেরকে সওয়াবের দুই তৃতীয়াংশ দুনিয়াতেই দেওয়া হয়, আর তাদের এক তৃতীয়াংশ পুণ্য অবশিষ্ট থাকে। আর যে বাহিনী গনীমত না পায়, তাদের বিনিময় পরিপূর্ণই আখিরাতের জন্য থাকে।
Abdullah bin 'Amr said:"I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'There is no raiding party that goes out in the cause of Allah and acquires some spoils of war, but they have been given two-thirds of their reward in this world instead of in the Hereafter, and there remains one-third (in the Hereafter). And if they do not acquire any spoils of war, then all of their reward (will come in the Hereafter)
হান্নাদ ইবন সারী (রহঃ) ... আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ আল্লাহর রাস্তায় জিহাদকারীর উপমা আর কে আল্লাহর রাস্তায় জিহাদ করে, তা আল্লাহই ভাল জানেন, ঐ সিয়াম পালনকারীর ন্যায়, যে রাত জেগে ইবাদত করে, আল্লাহকে ভয় করে, রুকু করে এবং সিজদা করে।
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:"I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'The parable of a Mujahid who strives in the cause of Allah - and Allah knows best who in His cause - is that of one who fasts, prays Qiyam, focuses with proper humility, bows and prostrates
আমর ইবন উছমান ইবন সাঈদ ইবন কাছীর ইবন দীনার (রহঃ) ... আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ যে আল্লাহর রাস্তায় জিহাদ করে আর কে আল্লাহর রাস্তায় জিহাদ করে তা আল্লাহু ভাল জানেন, তার উদাহরণ হলো সে রোযাদারের ন্যায়, যে রাত জেগে ইবাদত করে। আল্লাহর রাস্তায় মুজাহিদের জন্য আল্লাহ তা'আলা দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করেছেন। আল্লাহ হয়তো তাকে মৃত্যু দান করে জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করাবেন অথবা তাকে নিরাপদে ফিরিয়ে আনবেন পুণ্য অথবা গনীমতের প্রাপ্ত সম্পদসহ।
Abu Hurairah said:"I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'The parable of Mujahid (who strives in the cause of Allah) - and Allah knows best who strives in teh cause of Allah - is that of one who fasts and prays Qiyam (continually). Allah has promised Mujahid (who strives in His cause), that He will either cause him to die and admit him to paradise, or, He will bring him back safely with whatever he had earned of reward or spoils of war
