আহমদ ইবন আমর ইবন সারাহ (রহঃ) ও হারিছ ইবন মিসকীন (রহঃ) ... সালিম (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, ইবন উমর (রাঃ) হজ্জে শর্ত করা অস্বীকার করে বলতেনঃ তোমাদের জন্য কি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সুন্নত যথেষ্ট নয়? যদি তোমাদের কেউ হজ্জে বাধাপ্রাপ্ত হয়, যে বায়তুল্লাহর তাওয়াফ এবং সাফা ও মারওয়ার সাঈ করে তারপর সর্বপ্রকার (ইহরাম অবস্থায় নিষিদ্ধ কাজ থেকে) হালাল হয়ে যাবে, এবং পরবর্তী বৎসর হজ্জ করবে ও কুরবানীর জন্তু যাবাহ করবে। আর যদি কুরবানী না করতে পারে, তবে সিয়াম পালন করবে।
It was narrated that Salim said:"Ibn 'Umar used to denounce stipulating conditions in Hajj, and said: 'Is not the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah sufficient for you? If one of you is prevented from performing (finishing) Hajj let him circumambulate the House and (perform Sai) between As-Safa and al-Marwah, then exit Ihram completely until he performs Hajj the following year. And let him offer a Hadi or fast if he con not find a Hadi
ইসহাক ইবন ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ... আয়েশা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম দুবা'আ (রাঃ)-এর নিকট উপস্থিত হলে দুবা'আ বললেনঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ্! আমি অসুস্থ অথচ আমি হজ্জের ইচ্ছা করেছি। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে বললেনঃ তুমি হজ্জে যাবে এবং শর্ত করবে যে, (হে আল্লাহ) আপনি আমাকে যেখানে বাধাগ্ৰস্ত করবেন, সেখানে আমি ইহরাম ভঙ্গ করবো।
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:"Duba'ah bint Az-Zubair bin 'Abdul-Muttalib came to the Messenger of Allah and said: 'I am a heavy woman and I want to go for Hajj. How do I begin the Ihram?' He said: 'Enter Ihram and stipulate the condition that you will exit Ihram from the point where you are prevented (from continuing, if some problem should arise)." (Sahih) Ishaq said: I said to 'Abdur-Razzaq: Both from 'Aishah, HIsham and Az-Zuhir? He said: "Yes" Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa'i) said: I do not know of anyone who narrated this chain from Az-Zuhri except Ma'mar. Chpater 61. What Is Done By The One Who Was Prevented During Hajj Without Having Stipulated Condition
ইসহাক ইবন ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ... সালিম (রহঃ) তাঁর পিতা থেকে বর্ণনা করেন যে, তিনি হজ্জে শর্ত করতে অপছন্দ করতেন। তিনি বলতেনঃ তোমাদের জন্য কি তোমাদের নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সুন্নত যথেষ্ট নয়? তিনি শর্ত করতেন না, যদি তোমাদের কারও সামনে প্রতিবন্ধকতা সৃষ্টি হয়, তবে সে যেন বায়তুল্লাহর তাওয়াফ, সাফা ও মারওয়ার সাঈ করে। তারপর মাথা মুণ্ডন করে অথবা চুল কাটে এবং হালাল হয়ে যায়। আর পর বৎসর তার জন্য হজ্জ আদায় করা ওয়াজিব হবে।
It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that:he used to denounce stipulating conditions in Hajj and said: "Is not the Sunnah of your Prophet sufficient for you? If one of you is prevented (from completing Hajj) by anything, let him come to the House and circumambulate it, and (perform Sai) between As-Safa and Al-Marwah, then let him shave his head or cut his hair, then exit Ihram; and he has to perform Hajj the next year
ইমরান ইবন ইয়াযীদ (রহঃ) ... ইবন আব্বাস (রাঃ) বলেনঃ দুবা'আ বিত যুবায়র রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট এসে বললেনঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! আমি সন্তান সম্ভবা মহিলা অথচ আমি হজ্জ করার মনস্থ করেছি। অতএব, আমাকে কি বলে ইহরাম করতে আদেশ করেন? তিনি বলেনঃ তুমি ইহরাম বাঁধার সময় শর্ত করে বলবেঃ যেখানে (হে আল্লাহ্) আমাকে বাঁধা দেবেন, সেখানে আমি ইহরাম ভঙ্গ করবো।
