। মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু বাশশার (রহঃ) ... আবূল আহওয়াস (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। আব্দুল্লাহ (রাঃ) বলেছেন যে, আল্লাহ তা'আলা বলেনঃ সাওম আমারই জন্য আর আমিই তার প্রতিদান দেব। সাওম (রোযা/রোজা/সিয়াম/ছিয়াম) পালনকারীর জন্য দু'টি আনন্দের মুহূর্ত রয়েছে- একটি যখন সে তার রবের (প্রভুর) সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করবে আর তার ইফতারের সময়। আর সাওম পালনকারীর (ক্ষুধাজনিত কারণে নির্গত) মুখের দুর্গন্ধ আল্লাহ তা'আলার নিকট মিশকের সুগন্ধি থেকে অধিক পছন্দনীয়।
It was narrated from Abu Al-Ahwas that 'Abdullah said:"Allah, may He be exalted, said: 'Fasting is for me and I shall reward for it. The fasting person has two moments of joy: When he breaks his fast and when he meets his Lord. And the smell that comes from the mouth of the fasting person is better before Allah than the fragrance of musk
। হিলাল ইবনু আলা (রহঃ) ... আলী ইবনু আর তালিব (রাঃ) সুত্রে রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেছেন যে, আল্লাহ তা'আলা বলেছেনঃ সাওম (রোযা/রোজা/সিয়াম/ছিয়াম) আমারই জন্য আর আমিই তার প্রতিদান দেব। সাওম পালনকারীর জন্য দুটি আনন্দের মুহূর্ত রয়েছে, যখন সে ইফতার করে এবং যখন সে তার রবের সাথে (আল্লাহ তা'আলার) সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করবে, ঐ সত্তার শপথ যার হস্তে আমার জীবন রয়েছে সাওম পালনকারীর (ক্ষুধাজনিত কারণে নির্গত) মুখের দুর্গন্ধ আল্লাহ তা'আলার নিকট মিশকের সুগন্ধি থেকে অধিক পছন্দনীয়।
It was narrated from 'Ali bin Abi Talib that the Messenger of Allah said:"Allah, may He be blessed and exalted, says: 'Fasting is for me and I shall reward for it. । আলী ইবনু হারব (রহঃ) ... আবূ সাঈদ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ আল্লাহ তা'আলা বলেন যে, সাওম (রোযা/রোজা/সিয়াম/ছিয়াম) আমারই জন্য আর আমিই তার প্রতিদান দেব। সাওম পালনকারীর জন্য দু'টি আনন্দের মুহূর্ত রয়েছে- সে যখন ইফতার করে আনন্দ লাভ করে আর সে যখন আল্লাহ তা'আলার সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করবে এবং আল্লাহ তাকে প্রতিদান দিবেন তখনও সে আনন্দ লাভ করবে। ঐ সত্তার শপথ যরে হাতে আমার জীবন, সাওম পালনকারীর মুখের দুর্গন্ধ আল্লাহ তা'আলার নিকট মিশকের সুগন্ধি থেকে বেশী পছন্দ।

। সুলায়মান ইবনু দাঊদ (রহঃ) ... আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) সূত্রে রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেছেন যে,* (আল্লাহ্ বলেন) সাওম (রোযা/রোজা/সিয়াম/ছিয়াম) আমারই জন্য। আমিই তার প্রতিদান দেব। সাওম পালনকারীর জন্য দু'টি আনন্দ রয়েছে; ইফতারের সময় এবং আল্লাহ তা'আলার সাথে সাক্ষাতের সময়। আর সাওম পালনকারীর (ক্ষুধাজনিত কারণে) নির্গত মুখের দুর্গন্ধ আল্লাহ তা'আলার নিকট কস্তুরীর সুগন্ধি থেকেও অধিক পছন্দনীর।
