। আলী ইবনু হুজর এবং সুওয়ায়দ (রহঃ) ... সামুরা ইবনু জুন্দুব (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম অমুকের মাতার জানাযার সালাত আদায় করেছিলেন যিনি নিফাসের অবস্থায় মৃত্যূবরণ করেছিলেন, তার জানাযার ঠিক মাঝখানে তিনি দাঁড়িয়েছিলেন।

। মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু রাফি (রহঃ) ... ইবনু জুরাইজ সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি নাফে'-কে বলতে শুনেছি, তার ধারণামতে ইবনু উমর (রাঃ) একত্রে নয়জনের জানাজার সালাত আদায় করেছিলেন, পূরুষদের জানাজা ইমামের সম্মুখে আর মহিলাদের জানাজা কিবলার দিকে রেখেছিলেন, সমস্ত জানাজা এক কাতারে রাখা ছিল। উম্মে কুলছুম বিনত আলী, উমর ইবনু খাত্তাব (রাঃ)-এর স্ত্রী এবং তার এক ছেলে যাকে যায়দ বলা হত তাদের জানাজা একত্রে রাখা হয়েছিল। সে দিন ইমাম ছিলেন সাঈদ ইবনু আস (রাঃ) আর উপস্থিত লোকদের মধ্যে ছিলেন ইবনু উমর, আবূ হুরায়রা, আবূ সাঈদ এবং আবূ কাতাদা (রাঃ) প্রমুখ। ইমামের সম্মুখে পূরুষদের রাখা হয়েছিল। রাবী বলেন, এক ব্যক্তি বলল, (পূরুষদের জানাজা ইমামের সম্মুখে রাখা) আমি বিশ্বাস করতে পারলাম না। রাবী বলেন যে, আমি ইবনু আব্বাস, আবূ হুরায়রা, আবূ সাঈদ এবং আবূ কাতাদা (রাঃ)-এর দিকে তাকালাম এবং বললাম, এ ব্যাপারে আপনাদের অভিমত কি? তারা বললেন, এটাই সুন্নাত।
Ibn Juraij said:"I heard Naji, claim that Ibn 'Umar offered the funeral prayer for nine together. He put the men closer to the Imam and the women closer to the Qiblah, and he placed them (the women) in one row. And the body of Umm Kulthum bint 'Ali the wife of 'Umar bin Al-Khattab, and a son of hers called Zaid were placed together. The Imam that day was Saeed bin Al-As and among the people were Ibn 'Umar, Abu Hurairah, Abu Saeed and Abu Qatadah. The boy was placed closer to the Imam. A man said something objecting to that, so I looked at Ibn 'Abbas, Abu Hurairah, Abu Saeed and Abu Qatadah and said: 'What is this?' They said: 'It is the Sunnah
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَعَى لِلنَّاسِ النَّجَاشِيَّ وَخَرَجَ بِهِمْ فَصَفَّ بِهِمْ وَكَبَّرَ أَرْبَعَ تَكْبِيرَاتٍ .
। কূতায়বা (রহঃ) ... আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সাহাবীদের নাজাশীর মূত্যু সংবাদ দিলেন এবং তাঁদের নিয়ে বের হয়ে কাতারবন্দী হয়ে দাঁড়িয়ে গেলেন এবং চারটি তাকবীর বললেন।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah:That the Messenger of Allah announced the death of An-Najashi to the people, and he led thme out and arranged them in rows, and said the Takbir four times
। মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু আব্দুল্লাহ (রহঃ) ... আম্মার (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, একবার শিশু ও মহিলার জানাজা একত্রিত হলে শিশুর জানাজা লোকজনের সম্মুখভাবে রাখা হল এবং মহিলার জানাজা শিশুটির পেছনে রাখা হল এবং তাদের উভয়ের উপরে জানাজার সালাত আদায় করা হল। উপস্থিত লোকজনের মধ্যে আবূ সাঈদ খুদূরী, ইবনু আব্বাস, আবূ কাতাদা এবং আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) প্রমুখ ছিলেন। এ সম্পর্কে তাদের জিজ্ঞাসা করা হলে তারা বললেন যে, এটাই সুন্নাত।
It was narrated that 'Ammar said:"The Janazah of a boy and a woman were brought. The boy was placed closer to the people and the woman was placed beyond him, and the funeral prayer was offered for them. Among the people were Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, Ibn Abbas, Abu Qatadah and Abu Hurairah. I asked them about that and they said: '(It is) Sunnah
