। আবূল আশআস (রহঃ) ... ইমরান ইবনু হুসায়ন (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আসরের সালাতের তিন রাকাআত আদায় করে সালাম ফিরিয়ে ঘরে প্রবেশ করলেন তখন খিরবাক (রাঃ) নামক এক সাহাবী তার কাছে এসে বললেন, ইয়া রাসুলাল্লাহ! সালাত কি সংক্ষিপ্ত হয়েছে? তখন তিনি রাগান্বিত হয়ে চাদর সামলাতে সামলাতে বের হয়ে বললেন, এ কি সত্য বলছে? সাহাবীগণ বললেন, হ্যাঁ, তখন তিনি দাঁড়িয়ে সে রাকআত আদায় করলেন এবং সালাম ফিরিয়ে সে রাকআতের জন্য দু’সিজদা করলেন (সাহু) ও সালাম ফিরালেন।
It was narrated that Imran bin Husain said:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said the salam after three rak'ahs of 'Asr, then he entered his house. A man called Al-Khibaq stood up and said: 'Has the prayer been shortened, O Messenger of Allah?' He came out angry, dragging his upper garment and said: 'Is he speaking the truth?' They said: 'Yes.' So he stood and prayed that rak'ah, then he said the salam, then prostrated twice, then he said the salam (again)
। মুহাম্মদ ইবনু ইয়াহয়া ইবনু আব্দুল্লাহ নিশাপুরী (রহঃ) ... ইমরান ইবনু হুসায়ন (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাদের নিয়ে সালাত আদায়কালে ভুল করে ফেললেন এবং দু’সিজদা (সাহু) করে সালাম ফিরালেন।
It was narrated from Imran bin Husain that:The Prophet (ﷺ) led them in prayer and forgot (how many rak'ahs he had prayed), then he prostrated twice, then he said the salam
। ইয়াহয়া ইবনু হাবীব ইবনু আরাবী (রহঃ) ... আবূ সাঈদ (রাঃ) সুত্রে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে বর্ণিত যে, তিনি বলেন, যখন তোমাদের কেউ সালাতে সন্দেহ করে তখন সে যেন সন্দেহ ত্যাগ করে দৃঢ় বিশ্বাসের উপর নির্ভর করে। যখন সমাপ্তি সম্পর্কে দৃঢ় বিশ্বাস হয়ে যায় তখন বসা অবস্থায় দু’টি সিজদা করবে (সাহু)। যদি সে পাঁচ রাকআত আদায় করে থাকে তা হলে এ দু’সিজদা তার (ঐ পাঁচ রাকআত) সালাতকে জোড় বানিয়ে দেবে। আর যদি সে চার রাকআত আদায় করে থাকে, তা হলে এ দু’সিজদা শয়তানের জন্য অপমানের কারণ হয়ে দাঁড়াবে।
It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed that:The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "If one of you is not sure about his prayer, let him forget about what he is unsure of and complete his prayer on the basis of what he is sure of. When he is sure that he has completed it, let him prostrate twice while he is sitting. Then if he has prayed five (rak'ahs), they (the two prostrations) will make his prayer even-numbered, and if he had prayed four, they will annoy and humiliate the shaitan
