রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ জাহান্নামকে এভাবে উপস্থিত করা হবে। সেদিন তাতে সত্তর হাজার লাগাম লাগানো থাকবে। প্রতিটি লাগামের সাথে সত্তর হাজার ফেরেশতা থাকবে তারা তাকে টেনে নিয়ে যাবে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৬৯০১, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abdullah b. Mas`ud reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Hell would be brought on that day (the Day of Judgment) with seventy thousand bridles, and seventy thousand angels dragging each bridle
তিনি বলেন, আবু হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হতে কিছু হাদীস বর্ণনা করেছেন। এর মধ্যে একটি হলো এ-ই যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ আল্লাহ তা’আলা আদম (আঃ) কে তার নিজ আকৃতিতে সৃষ্টি করেছেন। তার দৈর্ঘ্য হলো ষাট হাত। সৃষ্টির পর তিনি তাকে বললেন, যাও এদেরকে সালাম করো। সেখানে একদল ফেরেশতারা বসা ছিলেন। সালামের জবাবে তারা কি বলে তা খুব মনোযোগ সহকারে শুনো। কেননা তোমার এবং তোমার বংশধরদের অভিবাদন হবে এ-ই। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, অতঃপর তিনি এগিয়ে গেলেন ও বললেন, "আসসালামু আলাইকুম"। জবাবে তারা বললেন, "আসসালামু ‘আলাইকা ওয়ারহমাতুল্লাহ"। তারা ওয়ারহমাতুল্লাহ বাড়িয়ে বলেছেন। অবশেষে তিনি বললেন, যে লোক জান্নাতে যাবে সে আদম (আঃ) এর আকৃতি বিশিষ্ট হবে। তার দৈর্ঘ্য হবে ষাট হাত। তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) বলেন, তারপর আদম (আঃ) এর পর থেকে আজ পর্যন্ত মানুষ ক্রমশই খাটো হয়ে আসছে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৬৯০০, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, created Adam in His image with His length of sixty cubits, and as He created him He told him to greet that group, and that was a party of angels sitting there, and listen to the response that they give him, for it would form his greeting and that of his offspring. He then went away and said: Peace be upon you! They (the angels) said: May there be peace upon you and the Mercy of Allah, and they made an addition of" Mercy of Allah". So he who would get into Paradise would get in the form of Adam, his length being sixty cubits, then the people who followed him continued to diminish in size up to this day
কুতাইবাহ ইবনু সাঈদ (রহঃ) ..... আবু হুরাইরাহ্ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমাদের এ অগ্নি যা আদম সন্তানগণ জ্বলিয়ে থাকে তা জাহান্নামের অগ্নির উত্তাপের সত্তর ভাগের একভাগ। সহাবাগণ বললেন, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! আল্লাহর কসম! এ আগুনই তো যথেষ্ট ছিল? তিনি বললেন, সে আগুন তো এ আগুনের তুলনায় উনসত্তর গুণ অধিক তাপমাত্রা সম্পন্ন। এ উনসত্তরের প্রতিটি তাপমাত্রাই দুনিয়ার আগুনের তাপমাত্রার সমতুল্য। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৬৯০২ ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying:The fire which sons of Adam burn is only one-seventieth part of the Fire of Hell. His Companions said: By Allah, even ordinary fire would have been enough (to burn people). Thereupon he said: It is sixty-nine parts in excess of (the heat of) fire in this world each of them being equivalent to their heat
