আবু তাহির (রহঃ) ..... হিশাম ইবনু হাকীম (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি হিমস এলাকার একব্যক্তি (আমীর)-কে দেখতে পান যে, তিনি জিযয়াহ্ আদায়ের জন্যে কৃষকদের সুর্যের তাপে সাজা দিচ্ছেন। তখন তিনি বললেন, এ কী ব্যাপার! আমি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে বলতে শুনেছি যে, তিনি বলেছেন, নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ তা’আলা সেসব মানুষ সাজা দিবেন, যারা ইহজগতে মানুষকে (অন্যায়ভাবে) সাজা দেয়। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৬৪২২, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Urwa b. Zubair reported that Hisham b. Hakim found a person (the ruler of Hims) who had been detaining some Nabateans in connection with the dues of Jizya. He said:What is this? I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Allah would torment those persons who torment people in the world
(…/...) আবূ কুরায়ব ও ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ..... হিশাম (রহঃ) থেকে এ সূত্রে হুবহু বর্ণনা করেছেন। তবে তিনি জারীর বর্ণিত হাদীসে এটুকু বর্ধিত উল্লেখ করেছেন যে, তিনি বলেছেন, সে যুগে ফিলিস্তিনে তাদের শাসক (গভর্নর) ছিলেন উমায়র ইবনু সা'দ। তিনি তার নিকট যান এবং তার সঙ্গে কথা-বার্তা বলেন। তিনি তাদের ছেড়ে দেয়ার নির্দেশ দিলে তারপর তাদেরকে ছেড়ে দেয়া হয়। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৬৪২১, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Hisham with the same chain of transmitters and he made this addition of Jarir that (Hisham b. Hakim) went to Umair b. Sa'd who was then ruler in Palestine and he narrated to him this hadith and he (submitting before the words of the Prophet) commanded that they should be let off and so they were let off
আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবু শাইবাহ ও ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ..... ‘আমর (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি জাবির (রাযিঃ) কে বলতে শুনছেন, তিনি বলেন যে, এক ব্যক্তি তীরসহ মসজিদে আগমন করল। তখন রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে বললেন, এর ফলার দিকটা আঁকড়ে ধরে রেখো। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৬৪২৪, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Amr heard Jabir as saying:A person happened to come to the mosque with an arrow; thereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to him: Take hold of its pointed head
আবূ কুরায়ব (রহঃ) ..... হিশাম (রাযিঃ) এর পিতা হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, একবার হিশাম ইবনু হাকীম ইবনু হিযাম সিরিয়ার কৃষকদের কাছ দিয়ে যাচ্ছিলেন। এদের কঠিন রৌদ্রে দাঁড় করিয়ে রাখা হয়েছিল। তিনি বললেন, এদের কী হয়েছে? তারা বলল, জিযয়ার জন্যে এদেরকে গ্রেফতার করা হয়েছে। অতঃপর হিশাম বললেন, আমি সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি যে, আমি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে বলতে শুনেছি, তিনি বলেন, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তা’আলা তাদের সাজা দিবেন যারা পৃথিবীতে (অন্যায়ভাবে) মানুষকে সাজা দেয়। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৬৪২০, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Hisham reported on the authority of his father that Hisham b. Hakim b. Hizam happened to pass by people, the farmers of Syria, who had been made to stand in the sun. He said:What is the matter with them? They said: They have been detained for Jizya. Thereupon Hisham said: I bear testimony to the fact that I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Allah would torment those who torment people in the world
