তিনি বলেন, ইবনু মাসউদের ইন্তিকালের সময় আমি আবূ মাসউদ ও আবূ মূসার কাছে ছিলাম। তারা একজন অপরজনকে বললেন, কি মনে হয়, তার মতো আর কাউকে কি ছেড়ে গেছেন? অন্যজন বললেন, তুমি এ কথা বলছো, তার অবস্থায়ই এমন ছিল যে, যখন আমাদের বাধা দেয়া হতো তখনও তাকে অনুমতি দেয়া হতো; আমরা উপস্থিত থাকতাম না আর সে উপস্থিত থাকতো। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৬১০৬, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Ishaq reported that he heard Abu'l-Ahwas say:I was along with Abu Musa and Abu Mas'ud as Ibn Mas'ud died and one of them said to the other: Do you find one like him besides him? Thereupon he said: Do you say this (no one can be his rival)? He was admitted (to the company of the Holy Prophet) whereas we were detained and he had been present in the company of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) whereas we had been absent
যুহায়র ইবনু হারব, মুহাম্মাদ ইবনুল মুসান্না ও ইবনু বাশশার (রহঃ) ..... আবূ মূসা (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর কাছে আসলাম, আমার মনে হচ্ছিল যে, আবদুল্লাহ তারই পরিবারের অন্তর্ভুক্ত, কিংবা তিনি অনুরূপ রিওয়ায়াত করেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৬১০৫, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Musa. reported:I came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and thought that 'Abdullah was amongst the members of the family, or like that
তিনি বলেন, আমরা আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু মাসউদের সাথীদের একটি দলের সঙ্গে আবূ মূসার গৃহে ছিলাম। 'আবদুল্লাহ কতিপয় সাহাবীর সাথে তারা একটি কুরআন মাজীদ দেখছিলেন। আবদুল্লাহ উঠে দাঁড়ালেন। তখন আবূ মাসউদ বললেন, আল্লাহর নাযিলকৃত কিতাব সম্বন্ধে দণ্ডায়মান লোকের চেয়ে অধিক পরিজ্ঞাত কোন লোক রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম রেখে গেছেন বলে আমি জানি না। আবূ মূসা (রাযিঃ) বললেন, যদি আপনি এ কথা বলেন তবে তার কারণ, তার অবস্থা এই ছিল যে, আমরা যখন উপস্থিত থাকতাম না তখন সে থাকতো উপস্থিত, আর যখন আমাদের বাধা দেয়া হতো, তখন তাকে প্রবেশের অনুমতি দেয়া হতো। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৬১০৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Ahwas reported:We were in the house of Abu Musa along with some of the companions of 'Abdullah and they were looking at the Holy Book. 'Abdullah stood up, whereupon Abu Mas'ud said: I do not know whether Allah's Messenger, (ﷺ) has left after him one having a better knowledge (of Islam) than the man who is standing. Abu Musa said: If you say this, that is correct, because he had been present when we had been absent and he was permitted when we were detained
