মুহাম্মদ ইবনুল মুসান্না আনাযী (রহঃ) ... আবূ মূসা আশআর (রাযিঃ) হতে রিওয়ায়াত করেন যে, একবার রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মাদীনার একটি বাগিচায় হেলান দিয়ে বসাবস্থায় একটি লাকড়ি কাদা মাটিতে গাঢ়তে চেষ্টা করছিলেন। এমনি মুহূর্তে কেউ দরজা খোলার অনুমতি চাইলেন। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ খুলে দাও এবং তাকে জান্নাতের সুসংবাদ দাও। তখন আমি গিয়ে দেখি তিনি আবূ বাকর (রাযিঃ)। আমি দরজা খুললাম এবং তাকে জান্নাতের সুসংবাদ দিলাম। তারপর আরেক ব্যক্তি দরজা খোলার অনুমতি চাইলেন। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ খুলে দাও এবং তাকে জান্নাতের সুসংবাদ দাও। তখন আমি গিয়ে দেখলাম তিনি উমার (রাযিঃ)। দরজা খুলে দিলাম এবং তাকে জান্নাতের সুসংবাদ দিলাম। তারপর আরেক ব্যক্তি দরজা খোলার অনুমতি চাইলেন। তখন রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সোজা হয়ে বসে পড়লেন এবং বললেন। দরজা খুলে দাও এবং তাকে আসন্ন বিপদসহ জান্নাতের সুসংবাদ দাও। আমি গিয়ে দেখি তিনি উসমান ইবনু আফফান (রাযিঃ)। আমি দরজা উন্মুক্ত করে তাকে জান্নাতের সুসংবাদ দিলাম এবং রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম যা বলেছেন তার বর্ণনা দিলাম। উসমান (রাযিঃ) বললেনঃ “হে আল্লাহ আমাকে ধৈর্য দান করো। আল্লাহর নিকট আমি সাহায্য কামনা করছি।” (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৯৯৫, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Musa al-Ash'ari reported that while Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was in one of the gardens of Medina, reclining against a pillow and fixing a stick in a mud, that a person came asking for the gate to be opened, whereupon he said:Open it for him and give him glad tidings of Paradise and, lo, it was Abu Bakr. I opened (the gate) for him and gave him the glad tidings of Paradise. Then another person asked for the door to be opened, whereupon he said: Open it and give him the glad tidings of Piradise. He said: I went away and, lo, it was 'Umar. I opened it for him and gave him the glad tidings of Paradise. Then still another man asked for the door to be opened, and thereupon Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) said: Open it and give him the glad tidings of Paradise after a trial would afflict him. I went and, lo, it was 'Uthman b. 'Affan. 1 opened the door and gave him the glad tidings of Paradise and informed him (what the Prophet had said). Thereupon he said: O Allah, grant me steadfastness. Allah is one Whose help is to be sought
(…/...) আমর আন নাকিদ, হাসান ইবনু আলী হুলওয়ানী ও আবদ ইবনু হুমায়দ (রহঃ) ..... উসমান ও আয়িশাহ্ (রাযিঃ) হতে রিওয়ায়াত করেন যে, আবূ বাকর সিদীক (রাযিঃ) রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট প্রবেশের অনুমতি চাইলেন, অবশিষ্টাংশ যুহরী (রহঃ) থেকে উকায়ল (রহঃ) বর্ণিত হাদীসের অবিকল বর্ণনা করেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৯৯৪, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)

আবদুল মালিক ইবনু শু'আয়ব ইবনু লায়স ইবনু সা'দ (রহঃ) ..... নবী পত্নী আয়িশাহ ও উসমান (রাযিঃ) হতে রিওয়ায়াত করেন যে, আবূ বাকর (রাযিঃ) রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট প্রবেশের অনুমতি চাইলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তখন নিজের বিছানায় আয়িশাহর চাদর গায়ে দিয়ে শুয়ে ছিলেন। তিনি আবূ বাকরকে অনুমতি দিলেন। আর তিনি এ অবস্থায়ই রইলেন, আবূ বাকর (রাযিঃ) তার প্রয়োজন শেষে চলে গেলেন। তারপর উমর (রাযিঃ) অনুমতি চাইলে তাকে অনুমতি দিলেন এবং রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এ অবস্থায়ই রইলেন। উমার (রাযিঃ) তার কাজ সেরে চলে গেলেন। উসমান (রাযিঃ) বলেন, তারপর আমি অনুমতি চাইলাম, তিনি উঠে বসে পড়লেন এবং আয়িশাহকে বললেন, ভালো মতো তোমার শরীরের কাপড় ঠিক করে নাও। আমি আমার কাজ শেষ করে চলে এলে আয়িশাহ্ (রাযিঃ) বললেন, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! কি ব্যাপার, আবূ বাকর ও উমার (রাযিঃ) আসলে আপনাকে এমন ব্যস্ত হতে দেখলাম না, যেমন উসমান আসতেই আপনি ব্যতিব্যস্ত হলেন। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ উসমান (রাযিঃ) বড়ই লাজুক পুরুষ। তাই আমি ভাবলাম, এ অবস্থায় তাকে আসতে বললে হয়ত সে তার প্রয়োজন আমার নিকট উথাপন করতে পারবে না। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৯৮৩, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
A'isha, the wife of Allah's Apostle (mav peace be upon him), and Uthman both reported that Abu Bakr sought permission from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) for entrance (in his apartment) as he had been lying on his bed covered with the bed-sheet of A'isha, and he gave permission to Abu Bakr in that very state and he, having his need fulfilled, went back. Then Umar sought permission and it was given to him in that very state and, after having his need fulfilled, he went back. And 'Uthman reported:Then I sought permission from him and he got up and raid to A'isha: Wrap yourself well with your cloth, then I got my need fulfilled and came back. And A'isha said: Allah's Messenger, why is it that I did not see you feeling any anxiety in case of dressing properly in the presence of Abu Bakr and 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) as you showed in case of 'Uthman. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Verily Uthman is a person who is very modest and I was afraid that if I permitted him to enter in this very state he would not inform me of his need
