হারমালাহ্ ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ইউনুস থেকে এবং আবদ ইবনু হুমায়দ মা'মার থেকে, উভয়ে উক্ত সানাদে যুহরী (রহঃ) হতে রিওয়ায়াত করেন। তবে মা'মার এর হাদীসে যুহরীর রিওয়ায়াতে বর্ধিত আছে- “কোন লোক কোন ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞেস করে এবং তৎসম্পর্কে অধিক জিজ্ঞেস করে”। ইবনু সা'দ (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত ইউনুসের হাদীসে আছে যে, যুহরী (রহঃ) বলেছেন, তিনি আমির ইবনু সাদ হতে শুনেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৯০৬, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Zuhri with the same chain of transmitters and with this addition:" A person asked about a thing from Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and he indulged in hair-splitting
(…) আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ, ইবনু আবূ উমার ও মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু আব্বাদ (রহঃ) ..... সা'দ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ মুসলিমদের মধ্যে সর্বাধিক অপরাধী মুসলিম সে-ই, যে মুসলিমদের জন্য যা অবৈধ নয়, এমন ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞেস করে, আর সে ব্যাপারটি তার জিজ্ঞেস করার কারণে লোকদের উপর অবৈধ ঘোষণা দেয়া হয়। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৯০৬, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of 'Amir b. Sa'd and the words are. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said:The greatest sinner of the Muslims amongst Muslims is one who asked about a certain thing which had not been prohibited and it was prohibited because of his asking about it
মাহমুদ ইবনু গাইলান, মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু কুদামাহ সুলামী এবং ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু মুহাম্মাদ লু'লুঈ (রহঃ) ...... আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, তার সাহাবীদের কোন কথা রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট পৌছল। তখন তিনি এক বক্তৃতা দিলেন এবং বললেনঃ আমার সামনে জান্নাত ও জাহান্নাম উপস্থিত করা হয়। আজকের মতো ভাল এবং মন্দ আমি আর কখনো দেখিনি। আমি যা জানতে পেরেছি, তা যদি তোমরা জানতে, তবে তোমরা অবশ্যই খুবই কম হাসতে এবং বেশী কাঁদতে। আনাস (রাযিঃ) বললেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সাহাবীদের উপর এর চাইতে বিভীষিকাময় কোন দিন আর আসেনি। তারা নিজেদের মাথা আবৃত করল এবং তাদের ভেতর হতে কান্নার আওয়াজ আসতে লাগল। আনাস (রাযিঃ) বলেন, তারপর উমার (রাযিঃ) দাঁড়িয়ে বললেন, আমরা সন্তুষ্টচিত্তে আল্লাহকে রব, ইসলামকে দীন এবং মুহাম্মাদ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে নবী হিসেবে মেনে নিলাম। অতঃপর এক লোক দাঁড়িয়ে বলল, আমার পিতা কে? তিনি বললেনঃ তোমার পিতা অমুক। তখন এ আয়াত নাযিল হলোঃ “হে মু’মিনগণ! তোমরা সেসব ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞেস করো না, যা উন্মোচিত হলে তোমরা বেদনার্ত হবে”— (সূরাহ্ আল মায়িদাহ ৫ঃ ১০১)। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৯০৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Anas b. Malik reported that something was conveyed to him (the Holy prophet) about his Companions, so he addressed them and said:Paradise and Hell were presented to me and I have never seen the good and evil as (I did) today. And if you were to know you would have wept more and laughed less. He (the narrator) said: There was nothing more burdensome for the Companions of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) than this. They covered their heads and the sound of weeping was heard from them. Then there stood up 'Umar and he said: We are well pleased with Allah as our Lord, with Islam as our code of life and with Muhammad as our Apostle, and it was at that time that a person stood up and he said: Who is my father? Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Your father is so and so; and there was revealed the verse:" O you who believe, do not ask about matters which, if they were to be made manifest to you (in terms of law), might cause to you harm" (v)
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ..... সা'দ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ মুসলিমদের মাঝে সর্বাধিক দোষী ঐসব লোক, যে এমন ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞেস করে, যা মুসলিমদের জন্য হারাম বা নিষিদ্ধ ছিল না। আর তার জিজ্ঞেস করার কারণে সে ব্যাপারটি মুসলিমদের উপর হারাম করে দেয়া হয়। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৯০৫, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Amir b. Sa'd reported on the authority of his father that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said:The greatest sinner amongst the Muslims is one who asked about a thing (from Allah's Apostle) which had not been forbidden for the Muslims and it was forbidden for them because of his persistently asking about it
