তিনি বলেন, জনৈক লোক রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট এসে দু' পাহাড়ের মাঝামাঝি ছাগলগুলো চাইলে তিনি তাকে তা দিয়ে দিলেন। অতঃপর সে লোক তার গোত্রের নিকট প্রত্যাবর্তন শেষে বলল, হে আমার জাতি ভাইয়েরা! তোমরা ইসলাম কবুল কর। আল্লাহর শপথ মুহাম্মাদ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম অভাবের আশঙ্কা না করে দান করেন। আনাস (রাযিঃ) বলেন, যদিও মানুষ শুধু ইহকালের উদ্দেশেই ইসলাম গ্রহণ করে তবুও ইসলাম গ্রহণ করতে না করতেই ইসলাম তার কাছে পৃথিবী এবং পৃথিবীর সকল প্রাচুর্যের চাইতে অধিকতর প্রিয় হয়ে যায়। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৮১৪, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Anas 'b. Malik reported that a person requested Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) to give him a very large flock and he gave that to him. He came to his tribe and said:O people, embrace Islam. By Allah, Muhammad donates so much as if he did not fear want. Anas said that the person embraced Islam for the sake of the world but later he became Muslim until Islam became dearer to him than the world and what it contains
আসিম ইবনু নায্র তাইমী (রহঃ) ..... আনাস (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট ইসলাম গ্রহণ করার পর কেউ কিছু চাইলে তিনি অবশ্যই তা দিয়ে দিতেন। আনাস (রাযিঃ) বলেন, জনৈক লোক নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট আসলো। তিনি তাকে এত বেশী ছাগল দিলেন যাতে দু’ উপত্যকার মাঝামাঝি স্থান পরিপূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে। এরপর সে লোক তার গোত্রের নিকট গিয়ে তাদের বলল, হে আমার জাতি ভাইয়েরা! তোমরা ইসলাম কবুল কর। কারণ মুহাম্মাদ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম অভাবের আশঙ্কা না করে দান করতেই থাকেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৮১৩, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Musa b. Anas reported on the authority of his father:It never happened that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was asked anything for the sake of Islam and he did not give that. There came to him a person and he gave him a large flock (of sheep and goats) and he went back to his people and said: My people, embrace Islam, for Muhammad gives so much charity as if he has no fear of want
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মাক্কাহ্ বিজয়ের যুদ্ধ করেন। এরপর তার সাথে যে সব মুসলিম ছিলেন তাদের নিয়ে তিনি বের হন। আর তারা সবাই হুনায়নের যুদ্ধ করেন। এ যুদ্ধে মহান আল্লাহ তা'আলা তার দীনের এবং মুসলিমদের সাহায্য করেন। সেদিন রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সাফওয়ান ইবনু উমাইয়াহকে একশ' উট দান করেন। এরপর একশ' উট, পুনরায় আরও একশ’ উট প্রদান করেন। ইবনু শিহাব (রহঃ) বলেন, সাঈদ ইবনু মুসাইয়্যিব (রহঃ) আমাকে বলেছেন যে, সাফওয়ান (রাযিঃ) বলেন, আল্লাহর শপথ রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে দান করলেন এবং এমন পরিমাণে আমাকে দান করলেন যে, তিনি আমার কাছে সবচেয়ে নিম্নপ্রকৃতির লোক ছিলেন। অতঃপর তিনি আমাকে অবিরাম দান করতে থাকলেন এমনকি আমার নিকটে সবচেয়ে পছন্দের লোক হয়ে গেলেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৮১৫, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Ibn Shihab reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) went on the expedition of Victory, i. e. the Victory of Mecca, and then he went out along with the Muslims and they fought at Hunain, and Allah granted victory to his religion and to the Muslims, and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave one hundred camels to Safwan b. Umayya. He again gave him one hundred camels, and then again gave him one hundred camels. Sa'id b. Musayyib said that Safwan told him:(By Allah) Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave me what he gave me (and my state of mind at that time was) that he was the most detested person amongst people in my eyes. But he continued giving to me until now he is the dearest of people to me
