(…/...) আহমাদ ইবনু ইউনুস (রহঃ) ..... জাবির (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা দরজা আটকিয়ে রাখবে। তারপর রাবী লায়স (রহঃ) এর হাদীসের মত হুবহু বর্ণনা করেছেন। তবে তিনি বলেছেন, তোমরা বাসনগুলো আবৃত রাখবে। তিনি আরও বলেন, ইদুর ঘরের অধিবাসীদের পোশাক পুড়িয়ে ফেলে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন, ৫০৭৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Shut the doors; the rest of the hadith is the same but with a slight variation of wording: Cover the utensils, and further said: It (the mouse) may set fire to the clothes of the residents of the house
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ " وَاكْفِئُوا الإِنَاءَ أَوْ خَمِّرُوا الإِنَاءَ " . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ تَعْرِيضَ الْعُودِ عَلَى الإِنَاءِ .
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ..... জাবির (রাযিঃ) থেকে হাদীসটি বর্ণিত আছে। তবে তিনি বলেছেন- তোমরা বাসনগুলো উল্টিয়ে বা কাত করে রাখবে অথবা ঢেকে রাখবে। আর তিনি বাসনের উপর কাঠি দেয়ার কথা উল্লেখ করেননি। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫০৭৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
This hadith is reported on the authority of Jabir but with a slight change of wording, and he did not mention the words:" Putting a stick across the vessel
وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِهِمْ وَقَالَ " وَالْفُوَيْسِقَةُ تُضْرِمُ الْبَيْتَ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ " .
মুহাম্মাদ ইবনুল মুসান্না (রহঃ) ..... জাবির (রাযিঃ) এর সানাদে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হতে তাদের হাদীসের হুবহু বর্ণিত আছে। তিনি বলেছেন, ইদুর গৃহবাসীদের ঘর জ্বালিয়ে দেয়। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫০৭৯ ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
This hadith has been reported on the authority of Jabir through another chain of transmitters but with a slight variation of words:" The mouse may set the house on fire over its inhabitants
কুতাইবাহ ইবনু সাঈদ (রহঃ) ও মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু রুমূহ (রহঃ) ..... জাবির (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা (রাতে) বাসনগুলো ঢেকে রাখবে, মশকগুলোর প্রবেশদ্বার আটকিয়ে রাখবে, ফটকগুলো বন্ধ করবে এবং বাতিগুলো নিভিয়ে দেবে। কারণ, শাইতান মশকের মুখ ও দরজা খুলতে পারে না এবং বাসনও অনাবৃত করতে পারে না। যদি তোমাদের কেউ তার বাসনের উপর রাখার জন্য কাঠি ছাড়া অন্য কিছু না পায়, তবে সে যেন তাই রেখে দেয় এবং আল্লাহর নাম উচ্চারণ করে। কেননা ইদুর ঘরের মালিকদের ঘর তাড়াতাড়ি জ্বলিয়ে দেয়। কুতাইবাহ তার হাদীসে দরজা আটকাও কথাটি উল্লেখ করেননি। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫০৭৬, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Cover vessels, waterskins, close the doors and extinguish the lamps, for the Satan does not loosen the waterskin, does not open the door and does not uncover the vessels. And if one amongst you fails to find (something) to cover it well, he should cover it by placing (a piece of) wood across it. Qutaiba did not mention the closing of the doors in the hadith transmitted by him
