আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু মাসলামাহ্ ইবনু কা'নাব, ইসমাঈল ইবনু আবূ উরায়স, আবূ মুসআব যুহরী, মানসূর ইবনু আবূ মুযাহিম, কুতাইবাহ ইবনু সাঈদ ও ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া তামীমী (রহঃ) .... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ সফর ক্লেশের অংশ, তা তোমাদের কোন ব্যক্তির ঘুম ও পানাহারে বাধা হয়ে দাঁড়ায়। সুতরাং তোমাদের কাজ শেষ হয়ে গেলেই সে যেন দ্রুততার সাথে পরিবার-পরিজনের নিকট ফিরে যায়। রাবী ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া তামীমী (রহঃ) বলেন, আমি (রাবী) মালিককে বললাম, সুমাই কি আপনাকে আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) বর্ণিত এ হাদীসটি বর্ণনা করেছেন? তখন তিনি বললেন, হ্যাঁ। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৮০৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
On the authority of Abu Huraira that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:Travelling is a tortuous experience. It deprives a person of his sleep. his food and drink. When one of you has accomplished his purpose, he should hasten his return to his family
(…/...) কুতাইবাহ ইবনু সাঈদ (রহঃ) .... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা যখন উর্বর ভূমি দিয়ে পথ অতিক্রম কর তখন উটকে ভূমি থেকে তার অংশ দাও (অর্থাৎ তাদেরকে কিছুক্ষণ বিচরণের জন্যে ছেড়ে দাও)। আর যখন দুর্ভিক্ষগ্রস্ত বা অনুর্বর ভূমি দিয়ে পথ অতিক্রম কর তখন তাড়াতাড়ি (তাদের চলার শক্তি বাকী থাকতে) তা অতিক্রম করে যাও। আর যখন রাত্রি যাপনের জন্য কোথাও অবতরণ কর তখন পথ (তাঁবু খাটানো) থেকে সরে থাকবে। কেননা তা হচ্ছে জীবজন্তু ও সাপ বিচ্ছ ইত্যাদির রাত্রিবেলার আশ্রয়স্থল। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৮০৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has been narrated (through another chain of transmitters) on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:When you travel (through a land) where there is plenty of vegetation, you should (go slow and) give the camels a chance to enjoy the benefit of the earth. When you travel (through a land) where there is scarcity of vegetation, you should hasten with them (so that you may be able to cross that land while your animals ore still in a good condition of health). When you make a halt for the night, avoid (doing so on) the road, for the tracks are the pathways of wild beasts or the abode of noxious little animals
আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ্ (রহঃ) ..... আনাস (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কখনো (গভীর) রাতে (সফর থেকে ঘরে) পরিবার-পরিজনের নিকট আসতেন না; বরং সকালে বা সন্ধ্যায় তাদের নিকট আসতেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৮০৯, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has been narrated on the authority of Anas b. Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would not come (back) to his family by night. He would come to them in the morning or in the evening
যুহায়র ইবনু হারব (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যখন তোমরা উর্বর ভূমি দিয়ে চলাচল করো তখন উটকে ভূমি থেকে তার পাওনা আদায় করতে দিও। আর যখন দুর্ভিক্ষগ্রস্ত ভূমি দিয়ে পথ অতিক্রম করো তখন তাড়াতাড়ি পথ অতিক্রম করবে এবং যখন কোথাও রাত্রি যাপনের জন্য অবতরণ করবে তখন রাস্তায় অবস্থান করবে না। কেননা তা হচ্ছে জন্তুদের রাতে চলার পথ এবং ছোট ছোট অনিষ্টকর প্রাণীদের রাত্রিকালীন আশ্রয়স্থল। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৮০৬, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:When you journey through a fertile land, you should (go slow and) give the camels a chance to graze in the land. When you travel In an arid (land) where there is scarcity of vegetation, you should quicken their pace (lest your camels grow feeble and emaciated for lack of fodder). When you halt for the night, avoid (pitching your tent on) the road, for it is the abode of noxious little animals at night
