মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু মুসান্না ও ইবনু বাশশার (রহঃ) সালিম ইবনু আবূ জা'দ (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি জাবির ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) কে গাছ তলায় (বাই’আতকারী) নবী সহচরদের (সংখ্যা) সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, তখন তিনি বললেন, আমরা যদি (সেদিন) এক লাখও হতাম তবুও (হুদাইবিয়ার কূপের পানি) আমাদের জন্য যথেষ্ট হতো। আমরা সংখ্যায় ছিলাম পনের শ'। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৬৫৯, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has been narrated on the authority of Salim b. Abu al-Ja'd who said:I asked Jabir b. 'Abdullah about the number of the Companions (of the Prophet who took the oath of fealty under) the tree. He said: If we were a hundred thousand, it (i. e. the water in the well at Hudaibiya) would have sufficed us, but actually we were one thousand and five hundred
আবূ বকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ্, ইবনু নুমায়র ও রিফা'আহ ইবনু হাইসাম (রহঃ) .... জাবির (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমরা যদি সংখ্যায় এক লাখও হতাম তবুও অবশ্যই আমাদের জন্য (হুদাইবিয়ার কূপের সে বারাকাতপ্রাপ্ত পানি) যথেষ্ট হতো, আমরা সংখ্যায় ছিলাম পনের শ'। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৬৬০, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has been narrated on the authority of Jabir who said:If we had been a hundred thousand in number, it (the water) would have sufficed us, but actually we were fifteen hundred
সাঈদ ইবনু আমর আশ'আসী, সুওয়াইদ ইবনু সাঈদ, ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম ও আহমাদ ইবনু আবদা (রহঃ) ... জাবির (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, হুদাইবিয়ার দিনে আমরা (সংখ্যায়) ছিলাম চৌদ্দশ’। তখন নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদেরকে লক্ষ্য করে বললেন, আজকের দিন তোমরা গোটা দুনিয়াবাসীর মধ্যে সর্বোত্তম। জাবির (রাযিঃ) বলেন, যদি আমি দেখতে পারতাম তবে তোমাদেরকে অবশ্যই সে গাছটির জায়গা দেখিয়ে দিতাম। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৬৫৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has been narrated (through a different chain of transmitters) on the authority of Jabir who said:We were one thousand and four hundred on the Day of Hudaibiya when the Prophet (ﷺ) said to us: Today you are the best people on the earth. And Jabir said: If I had the eyesight, I could show you the place of the tree
উসমান ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ ও ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ...... সালিম ইবনু আবূ জাদ (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি জাবির (রাযিঃ) কে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, সেদিন আপনারা সংখ্যায় কতজন ছিলেন? তিনি বললেন, চৌদ্দশ’। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৬৬১, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
