মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু বাশশার (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হাযিম (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) এর সাথে পাঁচ বছর থেকেছি। আমি তার কাছে শুনেছি, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ বনী ইসরাঈলদের পরিচালনা করতেন নবীগণ। তাদের মধ্যকার একজন নবী মৃত্যুবরণ করলে অপর একজন নবী তার স্থলাভিষিক্ত হতেন। আমার পরে আর কোন নবী নেই বরং খলীফাগণ হবেন এবং তারা সংখ্যায় প্রচুর হবেন। তখন সাহাবীগণ বললেনঃ তাহলে আপনি (এ ব্যাপারে) আমাদেরকে কী আদেশ করেন? তিনি বললেনঃ যার হাতে প্রথম বাই’আত বা আনুগত্যের শপথ করবে, তারই আনুগত্য করবে এবং তাদেরকে তাদের হক প্রদান করবে, আল্লাহই তাদেরকে সে ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করবেন তারা কতটুকু দায়িত্ব পালন করেছে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৬২১, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has been narrated by Abu Huraira that the Prophet (may pceace be upon him) said:Banu Isra'il were ruled over by the Prophets. When one Prophet died, another succeeded him; but after me there is no prophet and there will be caliphs and they will be quite large in number. His Companions said: What do you order us to do (in case we come to have more than one Caliph)? He said: The one to whom allegiance is sworn first has a supremacy over the others. Concede to them their due rights (i. e. obey them). God (Himself) will question them about the subjects whom He had entrusted to them
আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ, আবূ সাঈদ আশাজ্জ, আবূ কুরায়ব, ইবনু নুমায়র, ইসহাক ইবনু ইব্রাহীম, আলী ইবনু খাশরাম ও উসমান ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ্ (রহঃ) .... 'আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, আমার পরে স্বজনপ্রীতি ও তোমাদের অপছন্দনীয় অনেক কিছু ঘটবে। তখন সাহাবাগণ বললেন, আমাদের মধ্যকার যারা তা পাবে তাদের ব্যাপারে আপনার নির্দেশ কী হে আল্লাহর রসূল? তিনি বললেন, তোমাদের উপর আরোপিত দায়িত্ব তোমরা পালন করে যাবে, আর তোমাদের প্রাপ্য হক তোমরা আল্লাহর কাছে চাইবে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৬২৩, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has been narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah who said:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: After me there will be favouritism and many things that you will not like. They (his Companions) said: Messenger of Allah, what do you order that one should do if anyone from us has to live through such a time? He said: You should discharge your own responsibility (by obeying your Amir), and ask God for your right (by guiding the Amir to the right path or by replacing him by one more just and God-fearing)
ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) এর সূত্রে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, ইমাম বা শাসক ঢাল স্বরূপ। তার নেতৃত্বে যুদ্ধ করা হয় এবং শত্রুর ক্ষতি থেকে নিষ্কৃতি পাওয়া যায়। সে যদি তাকওয়া বা আল্লাহভীতি ও ন্যায় বিচারের ভিত্তিতে শাসনকার্য পরিচালনা করে, তবে তার জন্য সে পুরস্কৃত হবে। আর যদি ন্যায় ব্যতীত অন্য কিছু আদেশ করে তবে সে পাপের জন্য দায়ী হবে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৬২০, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) said:A commander (of the Muslims) is a shield for them. They fight behind him and they are protected by (him from tyrants and aggressors). If he enjoins fear of God, the Exalted and Glorious, and dispenses justice, there will be a (great) reward for him; and if he enjoins otherwise, it redounds on him
