সাঈদ ইবনু মানসূর ... ইবনু উমর (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নাযীর গোত্রের খেজুর বাগান কেটেছিলেন এবং জ্বলিয়ে দিয়েছিলেন। এ সম্পর্কে কবি হাস্সান (রাযিঃ) বলেন, "বনী লুওয়াই (অর্থাৎ- কুরায়শ) এর নেতাদের কাছে বুওয়াইরায় আগুনের লেলিহান শিখা খুব সহজ হয়ে গেছে।" আর এ সম্পর্কেই নাযিল হয়েছে এ আয়াতঃ (অর্থ) "তোমরা যেসব খেজুর গাছ কেটেছে অথবা তা কাণ্ডের উপর রেখে দিয়েছ" আয়াতটির শেষ পর্যন্ত। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৪০৩, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) caused the date-palms of Banu Nadir to be cut down and burnt. It is in this connection that Hassan (the poet) said:It was easy for the nobles of Quraish to burn Buwaira whose sparks were flying in all directions, in the same connection was revealed the Qur'anic verse:" Whatever trees you have cut down or left standing on their trunks
আবূ কুরায়ব মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু 'আলা ও মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু রাফি (রহঃ) ..... হাম্মাম ইবনু মুনব্বিহ (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, আবূ হুরাইরাহ্ (রাযিঃ) রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে যে সকল হাদীস আমাদেরকে বর্ণনা করেছেন, এর মধ্যে এটিও যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ নবীগণের মধ্যে কোন এক নবী [ইউশা' ইবনু নূন (আঃ) যিনি লাম (বাহরাইন) দেশে মূসা (আঃ)-এর প্রতিনিধি ছিলেন] জিহাদে রওনা দিলেন। তিনি তার লোকদের বললেন, এমন লোক যেন আমার সাথে অভিযানে না আসে, যে ব্যক্তি সদ্য বিবাহ করেছে এবং বাসর যাপনে ইচ্ছুক, কিন্তু এখনো তা সম্পন্ন হয়নি। সে ব্যক্তি যেন না আসে যে গৃহ নিৰ্মাণ করেছে এবং এখনো তার ছাদ দেয়নি এবং সে ব্যক্তি যেন না আসে যে গর্ভবতী ছাগল বা উটিনী ক্রয় করেছে এবং সেগুলোর বাচ্চা প্রসবের অপেক্ষায় আছে। রাবী বলেন, তারপর তিনি জিহাদে গমন করেন এবং আসরের সালাতের সময় যুদ্ধ ক্ষেত্রে নিকটবর্তী এক গ্রামে পৌছেন। তখন তিনি সূর্যকে লক্ষ্য করে বললেন, তুমিও আদিষ্ট এবং আমিও আদিষ্ট। ইয়া আল্লাহ! তুমি একে আমার জন্য কিছুক্ষণ থামিয়ে রাখো (সূর্যাস্তের পূর্বেই বিজয় পাওয়ার জন্য)। সূর্যকে থামিয়ে দেয়া হলো। অবশেষে আল্লাহ তা'আলা তাকে বিজয় প্রদান করলেন। রাবী বলেন, তারা গনীমাতের মাল একত্রিত করল। তখন তা খাওয়ার জন্য আগুন এগিয়ে এলো। কিন্তু অগ্নি তা খেতে অস্বীকার করল।* তখন সে নবী বললেন, তোমাদের মধ্যে আত্মসাৎকারী রয়েছে। কাজেই তোমাদের প্রত্যেক গোত্র থেকে একজন করে আমার কাছে বাই’আত করবে। সুতরাং তারা তার কাছে বাই’আত করল। এতে এক ব্যক্তির হাত নবীর হাতের সাথে লেগে গেল। তখন তিনি বললেন, তোমাদের মধ্যে আত্মসাৎকারী রয়েছে। কাজেই তোমাদের গোত্রের লোকেরা আমার কাছে বাই’আত করুক। অতঃপর তার ঐ গোত্রের লোকেরা বাই’আত করল। রাবী বলেন, তখন নবীর হাত দু' বা তিন ব্যক্তির হাতের সাথে লেগে গেল। তখন তিনি বললেন, তোমাদের মধ্যে আত্মসাৎকারী রয়েছে। তোমরা আত্মসাৎ করেছ। রাবী বলেন, তারপর তারা নবীর কাছে একটি গাভীর মাথার পরিমাণ স্বর্ণখণ্ড বের করে দিলো। আর তারা সেটিও ঐ সম্পদের সাথে রাখল। তারপর আগুন এগিয়ে এসে তা খেয়ে ফেলল। আমাদের পূর্বে কারো জন্য গনীমাতের মাল হালাল ছিল না। আল্লাহ তা'আলা আমাদের দুর্বলতা ও অক্ষমতা দেখে আমাদের জন্য গনীমাতের মাল হালাল করে দিলেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৪০৫, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has been narrated by Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:One of the Prophets made a holy war. He said to his followers: One who has married a woman and wants to consummate to his marriage but has not yet done so; another who has built a house but has not yet erected its roof; and another who has bought goats and pregnantshe-camels and is waiting for their offspring-will not accommpany me. So he marched on and approached a village at or about the time of the Asr prayers. He said to the sun: Thou art subserviant (to Allah) and so am I. O Allah, stop it for me a little. It was stopped for him until Allah granted him victory. The people gathered the spoils of war (at one place). A fire approached the spoils to devour them, but it did not devour them. He (the Holy Prophet) said: Some of you have been guilty of misappropriation. So one man from each tribe should swear fealty to me. The did so (putting their hands into his). The hand of one man stuck to his hand and the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Your tribe is guilty of misappropriation. Let all the members of your tribe swear fealty to me one by one. They did so, when the hands of two or three persons got stuck with his hand. He said: You have misappropriated. So they took out gold equal in volume to the head of a cow. They-placed it among the spoils on the earth. Then the fire approached the spoils and devoured them. The spoils of war were not made lawful for any people before us, This is because Allah saw our weakness and humility and made them lawful for us
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া, মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু রুমূহ ও কুতাইবাহ ইবনু সাঈদ (রহঃ) ..... 'আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নাযীর গোত্রের খেজুর বাগান জ্বালিয়ে দিলেন এবং কেটে দিলেন। বুওয়াইরাহ ছিল সে বাগানের নাম। কুতাইবাহ এবং ইবনু রুমূহ (রহঃ) উভয়েই তাদের হাদীসে অতিরিক্ত বর্ণনা করেছেন। এরপর মহান আল্লাহ এ আয়াত নাযিল করেনঃ "তোমরা যেসব খেজুর বৃক্ষ কেটে ফেলেছে কিংবা তার কাণ্ডের উপর খাড়া রেখেছ, সবই ছিল আল্লাহর নির্দেশে, যাতে তিনি পাপাচারীদের অপদস্থ করেন।" (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৪০২, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It is narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered the date-palms of Banu Nadir to be burnt and cut. These palms were at Buwaira. Qutaibah and Ibn Rumh in their versions of the tradition have added:So Allah, the Glorious and Exalted, revealed the verse:" Whatever trees you have cut down or left standing on their trunks, it was with the permission of Allah so that He may disgrace the evil-doers" (lix)
