আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ্ (রহঃ), সাঈদ ইবনু আবূ বুরদাহ (রহঃ) তার দাদা থেকে বর্ণনা করেন যে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে এবং মুআয (রাযিঃ) কে যখন ইয়ামানে পাঠান তখন উপদেশ দিলেন তোমরা উভয়েই (সেখানে) সহজ পথ অবলম্বন করবে, কঠিন পথ গ্রহণ করবে না, সুসংবাদ দেবে, ঘৃণা-বিদ্বেষ ছড়াবে না, সম্মিলিতভাবে কাজ করবে এবং মতবিরোধ করবে না। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৩৭৬, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has also been narrated by Sa'd b. Abu Burda through his father through his grandfather that the Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) sent him and Mu'adh (on a mission) to the Yemen, and said (by way of advising them):Show leniency (to the people) ; don't be hard upon them; give them glad tidings (of Divine favours in this world and the Hereafter) ; and do not create aversion. Work in collaboration and don't be divided
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম যখন তার কোন সাহাবীকে কোন কাজে পাঠাতেন, তখন তাকে এ কথা বলতেন যে, তোমরা লোকদেরকে শুভ সংবাদ দেবে; ঘৃণা-বিদ্বেষ ছড়াবে না, সহজ করবে; কঠিন করবে না (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৩৭৫, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Masa that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) deputed any of his Companions on a mission, he would say:Give tidings (to the people) ; do not create (in their minds) aversion (towards religion) ; show them leniency and do not be hard upon them
মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু আব্বাদ, ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) উভয়েই ..... সাঈদ ইবনু আবূ বুরদাহ (রহঃ) এর দাদার সূত্রে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে উল্লিখিত শুবাহ্ (রহঃ) এর হাদীসের অনুরূপ হাদীস বর্ণনা করেন। কিন্তু যায়দ ইবনু আবূ উনাইসাহ (রাযিঃ) এর হাদীসে "এবং সম্মিলিতভাবে কাজ করবে, মতবিরোধ করবে না" এ অংশটুকু উল্লেখ নেই। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৩৭৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
