Zaid b. Khalid al-Juhani reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as sayin.:He who found a stray article is himself led astray if he does not advertise it

Abd al-Rahman b. 'Uthman al-Taimi reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade taking into custody the stray thing of the pilgrims
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া তামীমী (রহঃ) ...... ইবনু উমর (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ কেউ যেন কোন ব্যক্তির পশুর দুধ তার অনুমতি ব্যতীত দোহন না করে। তোমাদের কেউ কি এটা পছন্দ করবে যে, তার কুটিরে কিছু সঞ্চিত হোক, তারপর অন্য কেউ তার ভাণ্ডার ভেঙ্গে খাদ্য সামগ্ৰী বের করে নিয়ে যাক? এমনিভাবে পশুদের স্তন তাদের ধনাগার স্বরূপ, তাতে তারা তাদের খাদ্য সামগ্ৰী সঞ্চয় করে। অতঃপর কেউ যেন কারো পশুর দুগ্ধ মালিকের বিনানুমতিতে দোহন না করে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৩৬২, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) having said this:None (of you) should milk the animal of another, but with his permission. Does any one of you like that his chamber be raided, and his vaults be broken, and his foodstuff be removed? Verily the treasures for them (those who keep animals) are the udders of the animals which feed them. So none of you should milk the animal of another but with his permission
কুতাইবাহ ইবনু সাঈদ, আবূ বকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ, ইবনু নুমায়র মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু হাতিম ও আবদুর রহমান ইবনু বাশ্র (রহঃ) সকলেই সালামাহ্ ইবনু কুহয়ল (রহঃ) হতে একই সূত্রে শুবাহ (রহঃ) এর হাদীসের অনুরূপ বর্ণনা করেছেন। উল্লিখিত সকলের বর্ণিত হাদীসেই তিন বছর কথাটি উল্লেখ আছে। আর সুফইয়ান, যায়দ ইবনু আবূ উনাইসাহ ও হাম্মাদ ইনু সালামাহ্ (রহঃ) এর হাদীসে রয়েছে, "যদি কোন ব্যক্তি এরপর আসে এবং তার গণনা, থলে ও তার বন্ধনের বর্ণনা দিতে পারে, তবে তাকে তা দিয়ে দিবে।" আর সুফইয়ান (রহঃ) ..... ওয়াকী (রহঃ) কর্তৃক বর্ণিত হাদীসে একটু অতিরিক্ত বর্ণনা করেছেন, অন্যথায় তা তোমার মালের মতই। আর ইবনু নুমায়র (রহঃ) এর বর্ণনায় "অন্যথায় তুমি তা ব্যবহার করতে পারবে" বর্ণিত হয়েছে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪৩৫৯, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Salama b. Kuhail through different chains of transmitters. In their ahadith, it is three years, except in the hadith of Hammid b. Salama it is two years or three years. In the hadith transmitted on the authority of Sufyan and Zaid b. Abu Unaisa and Hammid b. Salama (the words are):" If someone comes and informs you about the number (of articles) of the bag and the straps, then give that to him." Sufyan has made this addition in the narration of Waki':" Otherwise it is like your property." And in the narration of Ibn Numair the words are:" Otherwise make use of that
