কোন ব্যক্তি এবং তার উত্তরাধীকারীদের উদ্দেশে সারা জীবনের জন্য যা দান করা হয়, রসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ফায়সালা দিয়েছেন যে, সেটি তার জন্যে চিরস্থায়ী হবে। তাতে কোন শর্ত বা ব্যতিক্রম কিছু করা দাতার জন্যে বৈধ নয়। রাবী আবূ সালামাহ্ (রাযিঃ) বলেন, এর কারণ, সে এমনভাবে দান করেছে যার মধ্যে উত্তরাধিকার প্রযোজ্য হয়েছে। তাই মীরাস তার শর্ত কেটে দিয়েছে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪০৪৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) commanded that whoever is conferred upon a life grant along with his descendants is entitled to make use of the property conferred so long as he lives and his successors (also enjoy this privilege). That (property) becomes the their defect belonging. The donor cannot (after declaring Umra) lay down any condition or make any exception. Abu Salama said:For he conferred a grant and as such it becomes heritage. and the right of inheritance abrogated his condition
ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম ও আবদ ইবনু হুমায়দ (রহঃ) ..... জাবির (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন যে আজীবন কালের জন্যে দান রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কার্যকরী বলে গণ্য করেছেন, তা হলো এই যে, সে বলে, "এ তোমার ও তোমার উত্তরাধিকারীদের জন্যে।" কিন্তু সে যদি বলে যে, এ তোমার জন্যে যতদিন তুমি বেঁচে থাকবে, তবে তা তার মালিকের নিকট ফিরে আসবে (প্রদত্ত ব্যক্তির মৃত্যুর পর)। মা'মার বলেন, যুহরী এ ফাতাওয়াই দিতেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪০৪৬, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) said:The Umra for which Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave sanction that a person way say: This (property) is for you and for your descendants. And when he said: That is for you as long as you live, then it will return to its owner (after the death of the donee). Ma'mar said: Zuhri used to give religious verdict according to this

Jabir (b. 'Abdullah) (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Life grant is for one upon whom it is bestowed
আবদুর রহমান ইবনু বিশর আবদী (রহঃ) ..... জাবির ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ আনসারী (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, যে কোন ব্যক্তি কাউকে তার সারা জীবনের জন্যে এবং তার সন্তানাদির জন্য দান করে, এরূপ বলে যে, "আমি তোমাকে তা দিলাম এবং তোমার সন্তানদেরকে যতদিন পর্যন্ত তোমাদের মধ্যে কেউ জীবিত থাকে, তবে তা তারই হয়ে যাবে যাকে দান করা হলো। তা তার মালিকের নিকট আর ফিরে আসবে না। কারণ, সে এমনভাবেই দান করেছে যার মধ্যে উত্তরাধিকার প্রবর্তন হয়ে গেছে।" (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৪০৪৫, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir b. 'Abdullah al-Ansari (Allah be pleased with him) said:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Whoever a person conferred Umra (life grant) upon a person and he says: I confer upon you this and upon your descendants and anyone who survives you, and that becomes his possession and that of his posterity. It would become (a permanent possession) of those who were conferred upon this gift, and it would not return to its owner (donor), for he gave that as a gift in which accrued the right of inheritance
