ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া আবূ বকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ ও ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ..... উসামাহ্ ইবনু যায়দ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ মুসলিম ব্যক্তি কাফিরের ওয়ারিস হবে না এবং কাফিরও কোন মুসলিমের ওয়ারিস হবে না। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৯৯৫, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Usama b. Zaid reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:A Muslim is not entitled to inherit from a non-Muslim, and a non-Muslim is not entitled to inherit from a Muslim
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ অংশীদারদের নির্ধারিত প্রাপ্য অংশ দিয়ে দাও। অতঃপর যা অবশিষ্ট থাকে তা (আসাবা হিসেবে) নিকটতম পুরুষ লোকের প্রাপ্য। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৯৯৬, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Give the shares to those who are entitled to them, and what remains over goes to the nearest male heir
রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ অংশীদারদের নির্ধারিত অংশ প্রদান কর। তারপর যে অংশ অবশিষ্ট থাকবে তা নিকটতম পুরুষের প্রাপ্য। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৯৯৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)

Tawus reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) narrating that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said:Distribute the property amongst Ahl al-Fara'id, according to the Book of Allah, and what is left out of them goes to the nearest male heir
