ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমাদের কেউ তার প্রাচীরের গায়ে কাঠ স্থাপন করতে যেন আপন প্রতিবেশীকে বারণ না করে। এরপর আবূ হুরাইরাহ্ (রাযিঃ) বলেন, কী ব্যাপার! আমি তোমাদেরকে এ ব্যাপারে অমনোযোগী দেখতে পাচ্ছি। আল্লাহর কসম! আমি অবশ্যই তা দিয়ে তোমাদের ঘাড়ে ছুড়ে মারবো। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৯৮৫, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:None among you should prevent his neighbour from fixing a beam in his wall. Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) then said: What is this that I see you evading (this injunction of the Holy Prophet)? By Allah, I will certainly throw it between your shoulders (narrate this to you)
আবূ তাহির (রহঃ) ..... জাবির ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ প্রতিটি শারীকি বিষয়ে শুফ'আর অধিকার আছে- জমি হোক বা বাড়ী অথবা প্রাচীর। বিক্রি করা তার পক্ষে বৈধ হবে না শরীকের নিকট পেশ করা ব্যতীত। অতঃপর হয়ত সে গ্রহণ করবে অথবা পরিত্যাগ করবে। যদি সে না বলে তবে তার শরীকই সেটার বেশী অধিকারী যতদিন তাকে খবর দেয়া না হবে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৯৪৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:There is pre-emption in everything which is shared, be it land, or a dwelling or a garden. It is not proper to sell it until he informs his partner; he may go in for that, or he may abandon it; and it he (the partner intending to sell his share) does not do that, then his partner has the greatest right to it until he permits him
আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ, মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু নুমায়র ও ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ..... জাবির (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সেসব শরিকী বিষয়ে শুফু'আর পক্ষে হুকুম দিয়েছেন যা বিভক্ত করা যায় না- জমি হোক বা বাগান। আপন শরীককে না জানিয়ে তা বিক্রি করা বৈধ নয়। সে ইচ্ছে করলে রাখবে আর ইচ্ছে করলে ছেড়ে দিবে। যদি সে বিক্রি করে এবং শরীককে অবগত না করে তাহলে সে শরীকই তা পাওয়ার অধিকতর হকদার। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৯৮৩, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir bin 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) said that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) decreed pre-emption in every joint ownership and not divided-the one-it may be a dwelling or a garden. It is not lawful for him (for the partner) to sell that until his partner gives his consent. He (the partner) is entitled to buy it when he desires and he can abandon it if he so likes. And if he (the one partner) sells it without getting the consent of the (other partner), he has the greatest right to it
