তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমার থেকে একটি উট দু' উকিয়াহ ও এক দিরহাম বা দু' দিরহামের বিনিময়ে ক্রয় করেন। যখন তিনি সিরার নামক স্থানে পৌছেন, তখন একটি গাভী যাবাহ করার জন্যে আমাকে আদেশ দেন। তারা সকলেই তা খেলেন। যখন তিনি মদীনায় পৌছেন তখন আমাকে মসজিদে আসার ও দু’রাকাআত আদায়ের হুকুম করেন। তিনি আমাকে উটের মূল্য ওজন করে দেন এবং কিছু বেশী দেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৯৬০, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) bought a camel from me for two 'uqiyas and a dirham or two dirhams. As he reached Sirar (a village near Medina), he commanded a cow to be slaughtered and it was slaughtered, and they ate of that, and as he (the Holy Prophet) reached Medina he ordered me to go to the mosque and offer two rak'ahs of prayer, and he measured for me the price of the camel and even made an excess payment to me
তিনি বলেন, আমি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সঙ্গে কোন এক সফরে সঙ্গী থাকি। রাবী বলেন, হয়ত তিনি যুদ্ধে সফরের কথা বলেছেন এবং পূর্ণ হাদীস বর্ণনা করেন। তাতে আরও বাড়তি আছে যে, তিনি বললেনঃ হে জাবির! আমি কি মূল্য পরিশোধ করেছি? আমি বললাম, হ্যাঁ। তিনি বললেন, মূল্য তোমার, উটও তোমার, মূল্য তোমার, উটও তোমার। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৯৫৯, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abd Mutawakkil al-Najl reported from Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) who said:I accompanied Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) in one of his journeys (the narrator says, he said in Jihad), and he narrated the rest of the hadith, and made this addition: He (the Holy Prophet) said: Jabir, have you received the price? I said: Yes, whereupon he said: Yours is the price as well as the camel; yours is the price as well as the camel
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু হাবীব হারিসী (রহঃ) ..... জাবির (রাযিঃ) থেকে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর এ ঘটনা বর্ণনা করেন। এতে তিনি আরও বলেন যে, তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) যে দাম বলেন আমার থেকে সে দামে তা ক্রয় করেন। তিনি দু' উকীয়াহ ও এক দিরহাম এবং দু দিরহামের কথা উল্লেখ করেননি। আর তিনি গাভী যাবাহ করার কথা বলেন। সুতরাং তা নহর করা হয় ও পরে গোশত বণ্টন করা হয়। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৯৬১, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported this narration from Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) but with this variation that he said:He (the Holy Prophet) bought the camel from me on a stipulated price. And he did not mention two 'uqiyas and a dirham or two dirhams, and he comanded a cow (to be slaughtered) and it was slaughtered, and he then distributed its flesh
আবূ রাবী' আতাকী (রহঃ) ... জাবির (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, যখন আমার নিকট নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আসলেন তখন আমার উট ক্লান্ত হয়ে পড়েছিল। তারপর তিনি উটটিকে খোঁচা দিলেন। এতে সে দৌড়াতে শুরু করল। পরে আমি এটার লাগাম টেনে ধরি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর কথা শোনার জন্যে, কিন্তু তা আমি পেরে উঠলাম না। অবশেষে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমার সাথে একত্রিত হন এবং বলেন, আমার নিকট একে বিক্রি করো। সুতরাং পাঁচ উকিয়্যার বিনিময়ে আমি বিক্রি করি। জাবির (রাযিঃ) বলেন, আমি এ শর্ত করলাম যে, মাদীনাহ পর্যন্ত আমি এতে সওয়ার হয়ে যাব। তিনি বলেন, মাদীনাহ পর্যন্ত তুমি সওয়ার হতে পারবে। জাবির (রাযিঃ) বলেন, যখন আমি মাদীনায় পৌছলাম তখন উটসহ আমি তার নিকট গেলাম। তিনি আমাকে আরো এক উকিয়্যাহ বাড়তি দেন এবং পরে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম উটটিও আমাকে প্রদান করে দেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৯৫৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) reported:My camel had grown tired as Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came to me. He goaded it and it began to jump. After that I tried to restrain its rein so that I could listen to his (Prophet's) words, but I could not do that. Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) met me and said: Sell it to me, and I sold it for five 'uqiyas. I said: On the condition that I may use it as a ride (for going back) to Medina. He (the Holy Prophet) said: Well, you may use it as a ride up till Medina. When I came to Medina I handed over that to him and he made an addition of an uqiya (to that amount which had been agreed upon) and then presented that (camel) to me
