সুওয়াইদ ইবনু সাঈদ ও আবূ তাহির (রহঃ) ..... আবদুর রহমান ইবন ওয়ালাতা আস সাবাঈ মিস্রী (রহঃ) এর সূত্রে বর্ণিত যে, তিনি আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু আব্বাস (রাযিঃ) এর নিকট আঙ্গুরের রস সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করেন। ইবনু আব্বাস (রাযিঃ) বলেন, এক ব্যক্তি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট এক মশক মদ উপহার স্বরূপ নিয়ে আসে। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে বললেনঃ তুমি কি জান না যে, আল্লাহ সেটা হারাম করে দিয়েছেন? সে বলল, না। অতঃপর সে এক ব্যক্তির সাথে কানাকানি করল। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সে ব্যক্তিকে জিজ্ঞেস করলেন, তুমি তাকে গোপনে কী বললে? সে বলল, আমি তাকে এটা বিক্রি করার পরামর্শ দিয়েছি। এরপর তিনি বললেন, যিনি (আল্লাহ) এটা পান করা হারাম করেছেন তিনি এর বিক্রিও হারাম করে দিয়েছেন। রাবী বলেন, এরপর সে মশকের মুখ খুলে দিলো এবং তার মধ্যে যা কিছু ছিল সব পড়ে গেল। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৮৯৯, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abd al-Rahman b. Wa'ala as-Saba'i (who was an Egyptian) asked 'Abdullah b. Abbas; (Allah be pleased with them) about that which is extracted from the grapes, whereupon he said:A person presented to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) a small water-skin of wine. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to him: Do you know that Allah has forbidden it? He said: No. He then whispered to another man. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) asked him what he had whispered. He said: I advised him to sell that, whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Verily He Who has forbidden its drinking has forbidden its sale also. He (the narrator) said: He opened the waterskin until what was contained in it was spilt
তিনি বলেন, আমি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে মাদীনায় খুতবা দিতে শুনেছি। তিনি বলেছেনঃ হে লোক সকল! আল্লাহ তা'আলা মদের বিষয়ে নির্দেশনা দিচ্ছেন। হয়তো এ ব্যাপারে তিনি শীঘ্রই কোন সুস্পষ্ট নির্দেশ দান করবেন। সুতরাং কারো নিকট এর কিছু থাকলে সে যেন তা বিক্রি করে দেয় এবং কাজে লাগায়। রাবী বলেন, অল্প কয়েক দিন পরেই নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ আল্লাহ তা'আলা মদ হারাম করে দিয়েছেন। সুতরাং যার নিকট এ আয়াত পৌছবে এবং তার নিকট এর কিছু অবশিষ্ট থাকে, তবে সে যেন তা পান না করে এবং বিক্রি না করে। রাবী বলেন, তখন যাদের নিকট তা ছিল, তা নিয়ে তারা মাদীনার রাস্তায় নেমে আসলো এবং ঢেলে দিলো। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৮৯৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported:I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) addressing in Medina. He said: O people, Allah is giving an indication (of the prohibition) of wine. and He is probably soon going to give an order about it. So he who has anything of it with him should sell that, and derive benefit out of it. He (the narrator) said: We waited for some time that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) said: Verily Allah, the Exalted, has forbidden wine. So who hears this verse and he has anything of it with him, he should neither drink it nor sell it. He (the narrator) said: The people then brought whatever they had of it with them on the streets of Medina and spilt that
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لِعَبْدٍ - قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ، الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ حَجَمَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَبْدٌ لِبَنِي بَيَاضَةَ فَأَعْطَاهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَجْرَهُ وَكَلَّمَ سَيِّدَهُ فَخَفَّفَ عَنْهُ مِنْ ضَرِيبَتِهِ وَلَوْ كَانَ سُحْتًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম ও আবদ ইবনু হুমায়দ (রহঃ) ..... ইবনু আব্বাস (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, বানু বায়াযাহ্ এর একটি গোলাম নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে শিঙ্গা লাগায়। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে মজুরী প্রদান করেন এবং তার মালিকের সাথে আলোচনা করেন। এতে সে তার উপর থেকে ধার্যকৃত দৈনিক মজুরীর হার কমিয়ে দেয়। যদি তা হারাম হতো তা হলে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে দিতেন না। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৮৯৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported:The slave of Banu Bayada cupped Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and he gave him his wages, and talked to his master and he reduced the charges, and if this earning was unlawful Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) would not have given it
