মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু আহমাদ ইবনু আবূ খালাফ, হাজ্জাজ ইবনু শায়িব (রহঃ) .... আবূ হুরাইরাহ্ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ কোন লোক যখন দেউলিয়া হয়ে যায়, আর তার নিকট কোন মাল বিক্রেতা তার বিক্রিত মাল অপরিবর্তিত অবস্থায় পায় তখন সে-ই সে মাল পেতে বেশী হকদার। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৮৪৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:When a inan becomes insolvent, and the other person (seller) finds his goods intact with him, he is more entitled to get them than anyone else
যুহাইর ইবনু হারব (রহঃ) ..... কাতাদাহ (রহঃ) হতে উক্ত রূপ বর্ণনা করেন। অবশ্য এ বর্ণনার শেষে বলা হয়েছে সে ব্যক্তিই অন্যান্য সকল পাওনাদারদের চেয়ে বেশী হকদার। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৮৪৬. ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Qatada with the same chain of transmitters (but with a change of these words):" He is more entitled to get it than any other creditor
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমাদের পূর্ববর্তী উম্মাতের এক ব্যক্তির রুহের সাথে ফিরিশতাগণ সাক্ষাৎ করে জিজ্ঞেস করলেনঃ বিশেষ কোন সৎকাজ তুমি করেছ কি? সে বলল, না। তারা বললেনঃ মনে করে দেখো। সে বললঃ আমি মানুষের সাথে লেনদেন করতাম। তারপর অসচ্ছল ব্যক্তিদের সুযোগ দিতে ও সচ্ছল ব্যক্তিদের প্রতি সহানুভূতি প্রদর্শন করতে আমি আমার লোকদের নির্দেশ দিতাম। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ এরপর আল্লাহ তা'আল বললেনঃ “ওকে ছেড়ে দাও।" (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৮৪৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Hudhaifa reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying The angels took away the soul of a person who had lived among people who were before you. They (the angels) said:Did you do anything good? He said: No. they said: Try to recall. He said: I used to lend to people and order my servants to give respite to one in straitened circumstances and give allowance to the solvent, for Allah, the Exalted and Majestic, said (to the angels): You should ignore (his failing)
তিনি বলেন, যদি কোন লোককে দেউলিয়া ঘোষণা করা হয় আর কোন লোক স্বীয় সম্পদ অবিকলভাবে তার কাছে পায়, তবে সে ব্যক্তিই তা পাওয়ার বেশী হক রাখে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৮৪৫, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
