‘আলী ইবনু হুজর সা’দী ও ইয়াকুব ইবনু ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ..... রাফি' খাদীজ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমরা রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সময়ে জমির মুহাকালাহ করতাম এবং এক তৃতীয়াংশ, এক চতুর্থাংশ বা নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ খাদ্যের বিনিময়ে ইজারা দিতাম। এরপর এক সময় আমার এক চাচা আমাদের নিকট এসে বললেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদেরকে এমন একটি বিষয় থেকে নিষেধ করেছেন যা আমাদের জন্যে লাভজনক ছিল। আর আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের কথা মেনে চলা আমাদের জন্যে অধিক কল্যাণকর। তিনি আমাদেরকে জমি মুহাকালাহ্ করতে এবং এক তৃতীয়াংশ, এক চতুর্থাংশ বা নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ খাদ্যের বিনিময়ে ইজারা দিতে নিষেধ করেছেন। আর জমির মালিককে নিজে চাষ করতে বা অপরের দ্বারা চাষ করাতে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন এবং ইজারা বা অন্য কিছু করার বিষয়ে অসন্তুষ্টি প্রকাশ করেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৮০১, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Rafi b. Khadij (Allah be pleased with him) reported:We used to give on rent land during the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). We rented it on the share of one-third or one-fourth of the (produce) along with a definite quantity of corn. One day a person from among my uncles came to us and said: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade us this act which was a source of benefit to us, but the obedience to Allah and to His Messenger (ﷺ) is more beneficial to us. He forbade us that we should rent land with one-third or one-fourth of (the produce) and the corn of a measure, and he commanded the owner of land that he should cultivate it or let it be cultivated by other (persons) but he showed disapproval of renting it or anything besides it
তিনি বলেন যে, আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু উমার (রাযিঃ) নিজের জমি বর্গা দিতেন। পরে তার কাছে এ সংবাদ পৌছল যে, রাফি ইবনু খাদীজ আনসারী (রাযিঃ) জমি বর্গ দিতে নিষেধ করে থাকেন। আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) তার সাথে দেখা করে জিজ্ঞেস করেন, হে ইবনু খাদীজ! জমি বর্গার ব্যাপারে আপনি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে কি হাদীস বর্ণনা করেছেন? রাফি ইবনু খাদীজ (রাযিঃ) আবদুল্লাহকে বললেন, আমি আমার দু’জন চাচার নিকট শুনেছি- যারা বদরের যুদ্ধে অংশগ্রহণ করেছিলেন, তারা পরিবার-পরিজনের নিকট বর্ণনা করেন যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম জমি বর্গ দিতে নিষেধ করেছেন। আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) বললেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সময়ে আমি ভাল করেই জানতাম যে, জমি বর্গ দেয়া যায়। এরপর আবদুল্লাহ ভীত হলো যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হয়তো এমন কিছু বলেছেন, যা তিনি জানতে পারেননি। সুতরাং তিনি জমি বর্গা দেয়া ত্যাগ করেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৮০০, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Salim b. Abdullah reported that AbduUah b. Umar (Allah be pleased with them) used to give land on rent until (this news) reached him that Rafi b. Khadij Ansari used to forbid the renting of land. Abdullah met him and said:Ibn Khadij, what is this that you narrate from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) pertaining to renting of land? Rafi b. Khadij said to Abdullah: I heard it from two uncles of mine and they had participated in the Battle of Badr who narrated to the members of the family that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the renting of land. Abdullah said: I knew it that the land was rented during the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). Abdullah then apprehended that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) might have said something new in this connection (in regard to prohibition of renting) which I failed to know. So he abandoned the renting of land
তিনি বলেন, আমরা জমির মুহাকালাহ করতাম এবং এক তৃতীয়াংশ ও এক চতুর্থাংশের বিনিময়ে ইজারা দিতাম। এরপর ইবনু উলাইয়্যার হাদীসের অনুরূপ বর্ণনা করেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৮০২, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Rafi b. Khadij (Allah be pleased with him) reported:We used to give land on rent, and we rented it on one-third or one-fourth share. The rest of the hadith is the same
وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَقَالَ فَحَدَّثَهُ عَنْ بَعْضِ، عُمُومَتِهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু হাতিম (রহঃ) ..... আওন থেকে উক্ত হাদীস বর্ণিত। রাবী বলেন, এরপর তিনি তার চাচার সূত্রে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে হাদীস বর্ণনা করেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৭৯৯, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
