ইবনু আবূ উমার (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা এগিয়ে গিয়ে পণ্যবাহী কাফিলার সাথে মিলিত হয়ে না। যদি কেউ এরূপ করে এবং তার থেকে কোন বস্তু ক্রয় করে নেয় তবে বিক্রেতা বাজারে পৌছার পর বিক্রয় বহাল রাখা বা বাতিল করার ব্যাপারে ইখতিয়ার পাবে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৬৮১, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Do not meet the merchant in the way and enter into business transaction with him, and whoever meets him and buys from him (and in case it is done, see) that when the owner of (merchandise) comes into the market (and finds that he has been paid less price) he has the option (to declare the transaction null and void)
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُتَلَقَّى الْجَلَبُ
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, পণ্য বহনকারীদের সাথে অগ্রগামী হয়ে সাক্ষাৎ করতে রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নিষেধ করেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৬৮০, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace he upon him) as saying:Do not meet the merchandise (in the way)
নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ কোন শহরবাসী পল্লীবাসীর পক্ষ হয়ে বিক্রি করবে না। আর যুহায়র বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কোন শহরবাসীকে পল্লীবাসীর পক্ষে দালালী করে বিক্রি করতে বারণ করেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৬৮২, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported it directly from Allah's Apostle (ﷺ):The townsman'should not sell for a man from the desert (with a view to taking advantage of his ignorance of the market conditions of the city). And Zuhair reported from the Prophet (ﷺ) that he forbade the townsman to sell on behalf of the man from the desert
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُبَارَكٍ، عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي، عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي الْبُيُوعِ .
আবূ বকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ্ (রহঃ) ..... 'আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) এর সূত্রে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হতে বর্ণিত যে, তিনি পণ্যদ্রব্য আসার পথে সম্মুখে অগ্রসর হয়ে ক্রয় করতে বারণ করেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৬৭৯, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
